  • whenever i tried WEN, It made my hair oily and i need to wash it everyday. Help please?

  • My God, you need a lot of product and time with this product

  • Now add 10 more pumps...Now add 10 more pumps...Now add 10 more pumps...

  • i got the cleansing conditioner and have not tryed it yet because i heard that it makes ur hair fall off =/ is that tru ?? can any one tell me plz plz !!

  • @casandralopez1 I have been using Wen for over a month now and I can say that it does not make my hair fall out. Your hair is probably falling out for other reasons.

  • Ok. Bought this product yesterday. I have dry scalp and it gets worse in the winter. I'm tired of trying all sorts of specialty, chemical shampoos that don't work and harm my hair. I am confident this product will work. It's quite the process but if it works, it will be worth the extra effort! BTW- I would LOVE an awesome shower oasis like that!!! Lol

  • Look out ladies, going to give this product to try today!

  • @RockJeweler and? How did it work?

  • I have curly hair and use this product as leave in to curl and it works wonderful!!!! love it

  • i used it and i love it xD

  • alright i got it in the mail this morning so im going to use it tommorow

  • i bought it, going to come back here when it ships to my hourse to give you my review.

  • im thinking of buying this but with 50 pumps per session wont it run out really quickly?

  • My boyfriends mom gave me a bottle of wen so I could try it before I decide to order it. I absolutely love it! I have chin length hair and before I would shampoo and then use a leave in conditioner which made my hair pretty smooth and soft. But with wen I get a leave in built right in! It's great and it has definitely made my hair so shiny and moveable. My boyfriend noticed a difference right away! Thanks Chaz, I will be ordering shortly!!!

  • Will this work for hair shedding? I'm searching for a good shampoo that will help with w/ my hair shedding? Or does anyone know any good shampoo's out there for shedding. Thanks

  • @XpinklilyX Works for me. I dyed my hair over the summer and it's been falling out ever since. I noticed I've been losing less in the past few days I've been using it. Hopefully it stops it completely.

  • I have the Wen. I use it in every shower I take. I used the Wen in my hair the way it said to use it in this video. It made my hair look and feel rich and creamy like it said in this video. Now my hair looks so very healthy, shiny, soft, and beautiful. I fell in love with the Wen after I used it for the very first time. I'm gonna keep using the Wen. I will love the Wen forever and ever. I'm a very big Wen fan. :) xoxo

  • Dont comb youre hair in the shower youre hair will sprit tear and do more harm than good

  • Where can I buy this product?

  • my hair is just touching my shoulders, so I would say medium, and its really thick, and wavy. buy my main problem is that I have dandruff. no matter how much I shampoo with other products, I always come out with a head full of shampoo still. and it really gets my scalp itchy. also when my hair dries it becomes puffy, and frizzy and I hate it. all the time I keep saying I don't like my hair, its so annoyoing. so WEN if you can fix my problems, of puffy, frizzy, dandruff hair. than I'll ORDER.

  • wait, so when I order the wen it comes with only one cleansing conditioner. so if I'm going to use up to 20 pumps, for just one shower, how long will the product last, for me. cause spending up to 30 dollers, for a product that will last for only a couple of days is not good for me. I need to know how long it will last. and I'm hoping maybe up to 1 month, that sounds ok. so......????

  • @artpeacemaster you dont rlly have to use that much...lol I dont and I still get good results

  • I hesitated for years before I finally bought this product, and I absolutely love it. It's changed my life, but that's a long story... :) I buy it from QVC, there's no canceling hassle, u can do everything online. I hope I never have to put anything else other than Wen on my hair again!

  • I would order this from Chaz's website, but I would NOT order it from the infomercial. They were very unclear when I was ordering the product and that ended up costing me about 3 times what I had planned on spending (i just wanted to TRY the product, using the deal on tv). Instead, I ended up with a 3 mo supply I can't afford right now. I cancelled over a month ago. They're still charging me monthly. They said I could cancel at any time. Apparently that's not true.

  • Hi,I go into the pool and realized between that and bleaching my hair it got worst(it was worst then did the worst thing and bleached it but my hair is so soft afterwards). It was a preatty strawberry blonde but I colored it light brown I thikn to try to get it better. But will wen help with being in the pool?thanks :)

  • hi, im someone who has a 5 min shower and wondering how i be able to do all that when it took 8 mins lol seems like alot of pumps.I dont use alot of shapmoo/conditioner as it is.So kinda nerves with buying it i may not use all the pumps.Like when i use more it takes a long time to come out compared to when i use smaller amount. So i hope i have enough until the 4 month and it helps my dry damgae hair.

  • i use wen! and it really helps my dry frizzy hair!. if it doesn't work for you, you are just not using it right.

  • and then pour the whole bottle on your hair

  • @allyfv omggggggg u r to funny lol

  • i wish the camera would just go down a few inches lol

  • Which would you rather have, a dollop of something that's bad for your hair or 15+ pumps of something that's great for your hair? I was pleasantly surprised with how much product I got and how long it lasted (and I have long hair). Wen shouldn't be compared to regular shampoos and conditioners, because it's a totally different product that works differently than what we may be used to. I've purchased shampoos and conditioners at many different price points, and nothing compares to Wen.

  • I love Wen. Being unaware of the website, I ordered it off of the infomercial. I found that they were very clear about the fact that they sign you up for autoshipping, and I had no problems discontinuing that service over the phone. The 1-800 people were very helpful and kind. I just prefer to order it when I see I'm running low. Love love love my Wen. Still glad I originally bought from the infomercial because it's a great deal with lots of extra goodies to try out.

  • I loved WEN! I was stunned with how soft it made my hair. And im one of those teenage girls whos frying her hair almost every day. It went from Brittle and fryed. To fresh and full. Thank you WEN for reviving my hair ^^

  • i don't use no 40 pumps in 1 wash maybe 6 or 7 but come on 40 how dirty is her hair and the whole bottle only has like 150 pumps

  • my hair is 20xs thicker then hers... but that much is too much for me.. i used 8-10 for my entire hair and then half a pump for leave in

  • I cannot tell you how much I love your products! Thanks to you, I was finally able to grow my hair down to my waist. It has improved the condition of my hair so much, I will never EVER go back to using shampoo! I am a wen girl forever!!!!!

  • lol, 1 dislike thats funny. I LOVE WEN!

  • Does anyone know IF THIS WEN PRODUCT ACTUALLY WORKS, CAUSE THERE IS COMPLAINTS AND GOOD COMPLAINTS. No one wants to waste money or get scammed RIGHT? ANY ANSWERS From real experiences would help me. I know for sure that conditioner itself helps a lot because, I don't wash my hair. I use conditioner. Thanks.

  • @BreadsJuly7 i have wen..it really does work..

my hair was damaged from bleaching, dying my hair and straightening everyday!!

believe it or not my hair is so healthy right now..but one thing i dont get it i use everything correctly and my hair feels dirty and really oily..like i didnt take showers for days..idk why..im trrying to get the answer

  • if you add as much as much cleansing conditioner as it says in this video will it still be a thirty day supply?

  • Oh, I almost forgot. I don't use the recommended amount af product, and my hair is still cleansed and beautiful. I use about 15 pumps to my medium, curly hair, not the recommended 24.. It still works magic!

  • I've tried WEN 4 times. I noticed a difference almost immeadiatly and I get so many compliments now! My hair is soft, shiny and my curls are so defined! Thank you Chaz, for making my life a little better. I know its just hair, but to me it really made a difference. Hugs from Sweden!

  • @SomeKindofRabbit Hello there! The automatic billing/shipping program you mention is actually not available through our company, and is only available through a separate distributor. When purchasing through them, they mention a number of times both online and in the infomercial that you sign up for an automatic billing/shipping program upon ordering. If you would like to order on a one time basis only, you have to order directly from our website. I'm sorry that you had a bad experience!

  • @wenbychazdean Then why does it say 'Starting 30 days from your order date, you'll receive a new 90-Day supply every 3 months at the guaranteed low price of just $29.95 per month plus $8.99 S&H per shipment, which will conveniently be charged to the card you provide today unless you call to cancel.' at the checkout of the Wen website? :|

  • Hello(: i realllllly want to try wen fig products, but what would you say is the difference between your produvt or hair one? thankss ( i still plan on getting wen fig either way(:

  • @kizzybrenda Hello there! Unfortunately I do not know anything about other product lines. If you have specific questions about WEN, I can assist you. But I do not know how Hair One works, what its ingredient deck looks like, nor have I done research on its results. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

  • @wenbychazdean okayy i have wenn for 2 weeks now.. i love it..i massage my hair and do everything right get the dirt out just like she did..

but after im done my hair feels so oilyy!!

and when it dries my hair looks dirty and really oily..

please get back to me i want to know why this is happening.

    thank you.

  • @53xoxo If I can ask, exactly how long is your hair? To your chin? To your shoulders? Also, what size bottle (ounces) of the cleansing conditioner have you been using and how many total pumps have you used to cleanse your hair? Please let me know so that I may assist you.

  • @wenbychazdean my hair is a little bit longer than my shoulders like an inch..well i ordered the 3 month and i got some pills with it endless youth. i really dont know what it is.My size bottle is 16oz and i use around 10 to 16 pumps.i comb it out, follow the steps but idk

  • @53xoxo Hello again! The reason your hair has been looking dirty/oily is because it is dirty/oily. You have not been using the proper amount of cleansing conditioner needed to thoroughly cleanse and hydrate your hair. You should cleanse twice in a row using 20 full pumps for your first cleanse and 20 full pumps for your second cleanse. This will help your hair get clean and healthy.

  • @wenbychazdean thank you so much! it helped so much! my hair does feel really soft and healthy. . i love it i was scared because i really think that a conditioner could clean your hair nicely.but it did u proved me wrong..this is the best thing i ever tried so thank you!

  • @wenbychazdean 20 full pumps at 89 bucks? No thanks. 20 pumps per hair was is too much. One of the Wen videos says about eight.

  • does this work for teenagers too? or is it just for adult because the hairstyles for me told me that i have dry hair and thats what causeing me to have frizz btw im a boy :/ and i hear that this helps you not gets frizz please response

  • @Pichi31P Hello there! WEN works for anyone with hair (or without hair, because it benefits the scalp too!) despite age, ethnicity or gender. If your hair is dry, you'll want to use one of the more hydrating formulations, such as the Fig, the Lavender or the Pomegranate. I hope this helps!

  • Also, why no free samples?

  • @mskiara101 Unfortunately, our 6oz size is the smallest size we have to offer that allows for a thorough cleanse. Offering samples would not allow for people to truly experience the benefits of WEN, because it would not be enough product to properly cleanse and hydrate the hair and scalp. Sorry for the inconvenience!

  • I loooove the wen, but it cost too much. If the price was brought down & i mean brought down I would buy a lot more. It should be in stores too : D

  • I have medium, wavy-straight hair that I'm trying to grow to my elbows. Do you have any tips for growing out your hair? Also, how can I enhance my natural wave?

  • If you normally purchase high end hair products, you'll see that you may actually spend less on WEN. I've been a happy WEN girl for many years and my hair looks so much better now than before I started with WEN. I've left Bumble & Bumble, Kerastase, and many other expensive products behind. Remember, WEN replaces your shampoo, conditioner, leave in conditioner, deep conditioner, detangling agent and heat protectant. It will also leave your hair with beautiful shine! :)

  • So so expensive:( I so wish it was alot cheaper. It works so well but I can't afford it.

  • @intentionalnightmare buy it off of ebay

  • you really have to apply that much?? i would need an industrial sized bottle!!

  • @peechyq Hello there! I have very long and very thick hispanic hair. I purchase the larger sizes because they help to save both time and money. Normally, spending that amount of money on a hair product wouldn't work for my budget, but because my scalp does not get as oily as it used to when using shampoo, I only have to cleanse my hair once or twice a week. The bottles last me a great deal of time and I find I end up saving money as opposed to overspending it!

  • @wenbychazdean Hi Chaz, I wanted to ask are there free trials? Because this is a little expensive and I really wanted to try it but I don't have $30 just to try something.

  • @peechyq It's crazy! You do need that much! Or it won't work right. So expensive :(

  • the people who are left with oily hair aren't doing it right, you need to make sure that you put the product on every inch of your scalp, because it doesn't lather you wont be able to spread it around your scalp so instead place globs of it all over, you'll probably have to lift some hair to get it directly on your scalp....if that makes sense

  • @ValerieEileen Yeah that's what I had to do and it works great. I have really thick hair so it takes longer than usual to work the product into my hair.

  • is organic shampoo just as damaging as normal SLS shampoo??

  • @xMizzDollFacex Anything that lathers in any way is stripping and damaging your hair!

  • This product is amazing! with continued use u will c results in 3 months! Don't stop! Keep going!

  • I just used the sweet almond mint for the first time today and I loved it! =)

  • You probably shouldve styled your hair and made it look pretty before doing this review.....

  • I have long, fine but thick blonde hair with highlights. I use cool water to wet and rinse my hair when I use Wen as recommended. I have to say I LOVE THIS PRODUCT!! I had a very dry scalp and dry hair when I started. I began using Wen and the bath body & hair oil at night for my scalp and on the first day, there was a HUGE improvement! No more flakes! I will never go back to using regular shampoo...the time involved is worth it when you see the results!

  • @misha854 hey! I noticed your comment regarding Wen and I feel that my hair and scalp is very similiar to yours and I was wondering which Wen you purchased? I'm not sure if I should get the tea tree or the pomegranate or the cucumber aloe? Any help would be much appreciated! Also, are you still using Wen?

  • @ilovejt219 I use Sweet Almond Mint for both the cleanser and the bath body & hair oil.....I'm still using it and the flakiness/itchiness has never come back. ....the mint feels really good on my scalp. The only other one I've tried is Lavender, which is nice but I went back to Sweet Almond Mint as it appears to work best for me. You can always switch if you find that the first one you try doesn't work for you....hope this helps!

  • daymn!!!! how long i need to be in the shower... my hot water is gonna run out

  • My concern is that I will be in the shower forever!

I am willing to follow the instructions, but I arise at 5:30AM now---I have to be in my office by 8AM...is this going to increase the time I need to prepare for my day? I wash my hair daily --it is natural blonde shoulder length with long layers, fine but thick.

  • Oh no ma'am. We are in a recession, and yall want me to use like 50 pumps in one session?! I'm sorry, but I can't. SMH!

  • @Aquaria2291 I know ridiculous. If that's the case you might as well give up food budget to wash your hair. SMH

  • i want to buy this product really bad but my mum said that it might be just a rip off or something and so i just went on the computer searching for reviews and comments and most of them are upset because it made their hair 'oily' so...im not sure if this is an actual product that does what it says it does...

  • I have wen and the more u use the more u have to buy I have super long hair and I go through a full bottle in 2 weeks not worth the 30 for every two weeks....

  • the girl cleansing her hair iz GORGEOUS!

  • I really wish I could get this... But I really don't have any money for this. ))):

  • You are supposed to really work the product into your scalp and through the ends of your hair by vigorously massaging prior to combing. Yes, there is some product that comes out with the comb, but since it has been massaged into your scalp and hair, it has bonded with dirt which is what comes out when you both comb and rinse your hair. If you visit the correct website, the one featured in our profile, we sell all of our products individually as well as in sets.

  • how is that not too much conditioner all at one time?

  • Since our product has no damaging elements such as detergents, stripping agents or harsh chemicals, you need to use enough to thoroughly saturate the scalp AND hair in order to get it cleansed.

  • what does it mean by using 10 or more pumps per four sections?

  • Morgan, the model, uses 10 pumps per 4 sections of her hair. Depending on the length and thickness of the hair, you would want to use 10 (or more, if your hair is longer/thicker) pumps per the four sections of your hair: crown of your head, nape of your neck, left ends of your hair and right ends of the hair.

  • Saturating the hair is one thing. But when she combs out literally handfuls of product before letting it set, you're clearly OVER-saturating the hair.

I think most people can see, immediately and clearly, that the makers of this shampoo simply want people to use too much product so they have to spend more money replacing it. Same reason toothpaste ads show people with six times the necessary amount for brushing on the toothbrush.

  • That is not the case with this product. Our product has become more and more popular because it speaks for itself, people try it and spread the word. The reason you have to use a substantial amount of the product is because we do not have detergents, stripping agents or harsh chemicals. If you don't use enough, you will not have enough cleansing conditioner thoroughly saturating your scalp AND hair, which means it will not get thoroughly clean.

  • Okay, so I have hair down to my mid/lower back, not thick, on the thinner side, and so I would have to use 30 pumps for each section about, which is 120 pumps. Then, rinse and repeat with half that, so 60 pumps....so 180 pumps....everyday. That would mean I'd get lets say, 2 weeks with 1 bottle of shampoo, which is $30 every 2 weeks, and 52 weeks in a year, so....$1,560, just to wash my hair. And add like, 20 extra minutes to my shower time just to count all those pumps! Can't imagine why I

  • @andlove21

cant just use like, 15 pumps for my whole head all at once, and not repeat. Why so much? I get it doesn't strip it, but I think up to maybe 50 pumps a section, depending on your hair, is a littttttle bit over doing it.

  • Not sure where you are getting 30 pumps per section. But this video demonstrates 10 pumps per section for a total of 40 pumps. If you were to do 2 cleansings instead of 1, you would use 20 pumps total in the first cleanse, and 20 pumps total in the second cleanse.

  • @wenbychazdean Because my hair is so much longer than that, and the website also says 32-40 pumps for my type of hair.

  • When we say 32-40 pumps for a hair type, that's in total. For hair to your mid-back we recommend 48 pumps in total so you would do 12 pumps per section if you are only cleansing one time. Since you said your hair was on the thinner side, I think you'll be okay with 48 pumps. Also, this refers to the 6oz and 16oz bottles. If you were to use the 32oz size bottle you would only need 24 pumps in total. If you used the gallon bottle, you'd use 4-5 pumps total.

  • @wenbychazdean

Oh, ha, well I ordered it anyone, I'm a sucker for packaging, and I want to see how it works, so thank you for clearing that up. :)

  • yeah this stuff made my hair soo gressy it was gross.. and i didnt use 10pumps per sections thats a lot.. i only used a few pumps and my hair was gross.. ughh i got my money back

  • The reason it didn't work is because you didn't use enough. This is not a traditional shampoo, and if you do not use the recommended amount, your hair will be as you said, greasy and gross.

  • okay.. well i did use the 50 or whatever pumps and my hair was gross so i used less the next time and it was still greasy.. idk i dont like the product at all.. good for the people that it works for though

  • If you don't use enough, your hair will not get thoroughly cleansed. If you really tried 50 pumps and it still looked greasy, that means something went wrong in the cleansing process. I'm sorry you weren't able to get the product to work for you, it really is great and I wish you could've gotten the results that you wanted!

  • Im going to try this product but why do you have to apply so much of it?

  • This is not like traditional shampoo's. There are no detergents and if you do not use enough to fully saturate your hair and scalp, it will not get clean.

  • I saw VictoriaGND's review on this product and I think I'm going to purchase it. I can't wait to try it

  • Chaz. Does washing your hair like this damage it at all? I am trying to grow my hair long and im afraid that washing my hair like demonstrated in this video will damage my hair.

  • Hello there!

Is there a reason why you think cleansing the hair like this would damage it?

  • why so much product at once??!

  • Since our products have no stripping agents, detergents or harsh chemicals, you need to use enough cleansing conditioner to thoroughly saturate your scalp and hair in order to get them cleansed. I hope this helps!

  • I have really thin hair and it's just below my shoulder blades. Every time I was my hair I get about a palm size of hair that comes out of my head. I only wash my hair 2 to 3 times a week and use conditioner in between . I was wondering if the shampoo I am use is causing this? I use Herbal Essence

  • Hello there! I don't know anything specific about the brand of shampoo you are using, but I can tell you that no matter what the brand, or the price, if you are using a "shampoo" (even if it claims to be healthy) and it lathers when you are in the shower, then it is damaging both your scalp AND your hair. The damage from shampoo can contribute to hair loss and hair thinning, so it is a possibility that your shampoo is one of the reasons.

  • I love this product!!! I was at my friends house and I was taking a shower. As crazy as this sounds, I was looking for the shampoo and I found WEN!!! I love it!!!

  • Chaz your awesome! You actually respond to our questions! I recently bought the 4 different conditioner set from QVC. I currently use the Sweet Almond Mint and find that it weighs down my medium length hair. After reading some of your comments, it looks like the Lavender Conditioner is best for me. I am looking forward to trying the Lavender. Does using this product daily too much of a good thing? Thanks for your products!

  • Hello there! You can use the product as often as you want! The more often you cleanse with the products, the healthier your hair will be. If I may ask, how many pumps out of the 16oz size were you using to cleanse your hair?

  • I used 12 pumps and washed my hair twice. So, total 24 pumps. Is that too little or too much?

  • Well, how long is your hair? When you say medium length, is it to your shoulders or to your chin? Middle of your back?

  • Middle of my back. I tried it today and wet my hair really well and massage it like in the video. And, it worked! My hair feels great and looks great!

  • Hello again!

If your hair is to the middle of your back, you should be using 24 pumps, and THEN cleansing twice. You are not using enough to thoroughly cleanse your hair, which is why it is looking a little weighed down - it's not getting completely clean. Chaz uses 24 pumps total and look how long his hair is! You'll definitely need to increase the amount you are using to 24 pumps, rinse and repeat. I hope this helps!

  • Hi Chaz, I have really thick, curly hair and I was wondering what kind of cleansing conditioner I should use.

  • Hello there!

If your hair is thick and curly I suggest using the Fig Cleansing Conditioner. It is the most moisturizing and will give your thick, curly hair the moisture and hydration it needs! I hope this helps.

  • Comment removed

  • i cant get it because it is so expensive and the cheapest is the whole set which i really dont need. any website i can get it for cheap

  • The best places to purchase our products from are either through QVC (dot) com or through our own website at chazdean (dot) com. I hope this helps!

  • hi, i'm sure you have answered this before but i want to try but confused about which formulation to buy. my hair tends to get very oily at the scalp but i have a lot of dry, broken and frizzy hair at the shaft and ends. which would you recommend? also, how long would a 32 oz. bottle last if my hair is long? thanks for your help!!

  • Hello there! I would suggest for you to start out using the Cucumber Aloe Cleansing Conditioner. This is designed for oily scalps and dry ends, which should benefit you the most according to what you've told me. The 16oz bottle generally lasts 6-8 weeks depending on how often people cleanse and if they are using it for their body or not. You should probably get at least a couple months out of the 32oz with longer hair. I hope this helps!

  • i have really thick curly hair which wen should i use? Even though it is thick, it tends to get weighed down very easily.

  • Hello there!

If your hair tends to be weighed down very easily I would suggest trying the Lavender Cleansing Conditioner. It is our second to most moisturizing cleansing conditioner, however it is very lightweight at the same time. I hope this helps!

  • Now that I think about it, it's kind of expensive. If you made it cheaper you would get more sales.

  • Thank you so much! For the 16 oz bottle it's only $28.00. Now that's not bad for what you are getting. How long will it probably last?

  • It should last about 6-8 weeks depending on how many pumps you are using and how often you use it.

  • I have a not that thick or thin hair and my hair gets so oily after a day when I don't wash it. Which one should I use? And how much does it cost?

  • I would recommend trying the Cucumber Aloe Cleansing Conditioner. Prices vary based on size of the bottle, so I would suggest checking out our website for more information!

  • Can you buy it in any store?

  • At this time, due to contractual obligations, you are only able to order from QVC, our website, and Amazon.

  • For the leave in conditioner,

I just have to apply a few drops of the cleansing conditioner while my hair is soaking wet?

    thats it?

And is it ok to towel dry?

  • Yes! For the leave-in conditioner you'd just apply 1-3 pumps of the cleansing conditioner to your soaking wet hair. After that, you can style as desired. And yes, you can towel dry after you apply your leave-in conditioner!

  • hey chaz

what type of shampoo should I use on frizzy hair with split ends?

    fig?sweet almond or q-cumber?

  • I would use either the Fig Cleansing Conditioner (if your hair is medium-thick) or the Lavender Cleansing Conditioner (if you hair is fine-medium). I hope this helps!

  • chaz your a hair god jenny garth told me about wen thank u for puttin the hair back in my hair

  • That helps. Thanks for your assistance. Its appreciated.

  • Thanks for the speedy response, but I have looked on Amazon and cannot find any Wen product and have looked on the direct website but cannot see what the shlpping cost will be to the United Kingdom.

  • In order to calculate shipping on our website you have to create an account and log-in. That way, after placing the items in your cart and proceeding to check-out, it can calculate where it is going to and how much it will cost. I hope this helps!

  • Hi. I purchased my Sweet Almond through the Guthy Renker website and will be sent more products on a regular basis. Do I need to opt out purchase direct as there only apprear to sell the Sweet Almond

  • Hello there! The infomercial hosted by Guthy Renker only sells part of the WEN product line in Sweet Almond Mint and Cucumber Aloe. It is an autoshipment program, so if you want to order any products that Guthy does not offer, you will have to purchase it directly from us or from Amazon.

  • Hi Chaz. I have purchased your product and so far so good and I am really impressed. I am afro-caribbean with relaxed hair and I was wondering which products I need to use when my hair needs moisture and which one I use when I need protein, once I know this I can work on getting this perfected in my hair regiment. Thanks

  • Hello there! Your hair will always, always needs moisture. That's just the way hair works. For your hair type I would suggest using the Fig product line since it is the most hydrating and your hair will benefit from it the most. However, you'll never want to use Protein products on your hair because it actually does more harm than good. Getting protein treatments for your hair is actually bad for your hair, and after it wears off it causes your hair to become brittle and break off.

  • The reason being is that, your hair is made of protein. When you put protein on protein, well. You can imagine it isn't doing much! For instance, if you have ever heard of protein products that people put on leather seats, after a while the seats will dry and crack. It's the same with your hair. As long as you keep it moisturized and you aren't damaging it with hot tools or other products, your hair will be perfectly healthy without anything else!

  • do u really have to use that much of the product every time you use it? it sounds like you would be relly wasting it...

  • Because our products do not have detergents, chemicals or stripping agents like traditional shampoos and conditioners, you have to use enough to thoroughly saturate your scalp and hair if you want to get it properly cleansed. If you don't use enough, your hair won't get clean because there won't be enough to cleanse your entire scalp and all of your hair. You won't be wasting product, you really need that much in order to keep your hair healthy and beautiful!

  • doesnt combing your hair when wet damage hair?

  • Brushing your hair while wet will cause breakage, but combing does not. Be sure to go through it once with a wide tooth comb first, to help eliminate any tangles, and then follow through with the fine tooth side!

  • ☆★♡thank you♡★☆

  • i have a question.

i saw oyur website and the kit only has the almond scent.

    are there any other scents?

and where can i buy them?

i didnt see any on your site

  • You were actually visiting the website for Guthy Renker, the company that hosts our infomercial and only offers the products in Sweet Almond Mint and Cucumber Aloe. I you visit our website directly which can be found in this user profile, you'll be able to buy all of our products and choose from a number of kits that help save money!

  • Hi Chaz, I have just ordered you products (introductory) and if happy with them I plan to be a customer for life. Can you advise me on what I should use. I am black of caribbean decent. I have thin/fine relaxed hair. I straighten my hair and usually use a serum to calm the frizz.

  • The introductory kit should be a great way to get started with our product line. When you are ready to expand into our other products, I suggest trying the Lavender Cleansing Conditioner, the Lavender Styling Creme and the Tea Tree Bath, Body & Hair Oil. I want you to use the Oil as an overnight scalp treatment before bed. Tilt your head back and apply 4-5 full droppers to your scalp before bed and massage vigorously. Sleep with it in and cleanse out the next day!

  • I'm gonna try this i'm ordering it from QVC tomorrow I have alot of frizz in me hair and alot of volume and me hair is very curly/straight on top and I do blow dry it and flat iron it too. Which one do you think I should go for??

  • If your hair is very curly, frizzy, and you flat iron it, you definitely want to go with our more moisturizing cleansing conditioners. The Fig is THE most moisturizing, and is designed to be used on dry, dehydrated, damaged hair that is medium to thick. If you have very fine hair, then I would suggest you use the Lavender Cleansing Conditioner instead of the Fig. I hope this helps!

  • I saw you on FITtv this morning and I am interested in buying but I am african american with alot of thick curly hair...I am concern. Right not I use carolsdaughters product..I don't shampoo but I use VO5 conditioner to co wash..if I use your products would I have to cont oiling my scalp and ends, giving myself hot oil treatments, using hair milk and etc. I am not sure what it would do? I do believe in not shampooing..I'm a little...I don't know. peaceandluv

  • Hello there! You shouldn't need to use any other products. Hot oil treatments actually aren't as beneficial as people are led to believe. Heating up the oil actually eliminates most of the benefits, which is why you can use our Bath, Body & Hair Oil (which is essential oils mixed with Cold Pressed Golden Jojoba Oil) as a treatment instead. You can also sleep with the cleansing conditioners over night, or even just use the ReMoist Hydrating Mask! I hope this helps.

  • I love these coditioners, i have used all of them to shave my face cucumber aloe is the latest flavor that i have used. I wish Chaze could make an olive oil, milk & Honey or even a shea butter clenseing conditioner. that would be so awsome.

  • My hair is just a disaster! What "flavor" of your product will you recommend? can I just use the cleansing conditioner alone or do I have to use the complete collection?

  • Can you tell me a bit more about your hair? Is it fine to medium, medium to thick? Do you have oily scalp? Or dry, itchy flaky scalp? Is it permed, relaxed, flat ironed, curling ironed, bleached, color treated, anything! Just let me know all about your hair so that I can tell you which products you should be using!

  • It's medium to thick. I think my scalp is a little bit oily, and it was relaxed and i just had a color treatment last february, i think.

  • I would start with the Lavender Cleansing Conditioner. It is one of our most moisturizing cleansing conditioners which will work great for your chemically processed hair, but it also has witch hazel in it which will help with your oily scalp. I really think this will benefit you and your hair, I hope you decide to give it a shot!

  • Thanks.. I think i'll give it a shot.

  • I've watched your products on air on qvc, and i want to try it. But i'm afraid 'cause i don't know if it will really work for my hair. I have really frizzy, dry hair. My nape is wavy-to-straight, and the rest is just "messy" curls/waves. I've had a straightening process on my hair a year ago, and presently, I flat&curl iron my hair [but not every day].
