The band is just so amazing. Till jumped in there to save a fan(s?), risking being burnt himself...although I'm sure he wouldn't care seeing as it's Till Lindemann for God's sake...The band is genuinely concerned and connected to their audience; it wasn't just left to their personnel to save everyone's ass (he did have help, though), he just went in there himself. How can you not love Till?
