@LafayetteYette no it is not. the varial double heelflip name is just called a varial double heelflip. nightmare flips are varial double kickflips, the name does not represent any other trick. there are so many tricks out there that different sources give it different names.

First, you should be able to do double heels and know how to f/s shuv it high. It's like doing a reg varial heel, but you want your front foot to be closer to your backfoot. Give higher pop and flick as fast as you can. Don't try to land it at first, just try to learn how to flick it. Once you know how to flick it, then try to land it. Sometimes landing too soon meeses up with the trick. Good luck man

This is what I suggest, when learning a new trick just try to learn how to flick the board without trying to land it. Sometimes you may land to early and not letting the board have the proper flick that it needs, so the "landing" pretty much interefes with the trick. learn how to flick then try to land after that. You will have a better idea of how to execute the trick ninja style. Good luck bro
