  • the subtitles suck...

  • @Packerd01

i'm a black voter and all but naiive. get over your arrogant self. i don't want ron paul as my pres and u're not some ultimate intellect bc u support him. i don't like his stance on education. i don't like (the libertarian) stance on regulation nor do i like his position on the murder of al-queda's anwar alawaki. i'll choose the candidate that appeals most to me and that's not ron paul. his support base is really pathetic. ya'll act like its an elitist competition. ridiculous.

  • @DivinelyMochaDipped A vote for anyone else is a vote for the status quo.

  • Yes, Obama is on the hook to explain why he didn't push for immigration reform. But he's responsible the increase in deportation? Really? He's in Texas, and Arizona deporting people? Really?

  • @SupremeARA915

I support gay rights, a women's right to choice and I am not for anyone religion. I dont hate Republicans, I am just trying to show that they are the one's who are the first to bitch about lations yet on the other hand want latino votes.

I am sorry but this is ONE latino vote they will not get!

  • Look up whitehouse.gov and read the american jobs plan. Think for yourself, act for yourself. VOTE! VOTE! Help your friends & your family register to vote and VOTE! Otherwise someone who doesn't look like us, doesn't think like us,WHO DON'T LIKE US! will make decisions FOR US. VOTE!!! It's life or death for us. Vote!

  • Registering to vote: Google your state govt website, type in "voter registration" Completely fill out the application & send it. Help your friends, family & colleagues to register to vote,, then vote. You must be a citizen of your state, 18 years old by the time elections come around. You can see it can be a life or death matter. People of color are disportionately imprisoned and executed. VOTE = POWER

  • tea party = liberal-republicans and elders

  • Obama is deporting left and right. And they say that liberals are soft on immigration. LOL

  • no republicanos no emocratas no t party qu pasa ajajajaj politicas

  • See my latinos; personas como estas no los querren aqui. But we wont go! And just remember to tell all your friends and family members who can vote to never vote republican. Por que estas personas todas son republicanos.

  • Cenk just contradicted himself. In a real democracy, you shouldn't vote for someone because the other guy is worse. That isn't democracy, but a false two party democracy ruled by an oligarchy.

    Ron Paul 2012.

  • Vote ----- Ron Paul

    1. Cut funding to Israel & spend the money in America & for Americans

  • Ron Paul

  • @ZoiAnonymia I never heard ron paul talking about the latino community,he wants to lift the embargo against cuba and most latinos support that(except cubans from miami)

  • so why don't we just vote for a moderate?

  • @Packerd01 But they haven't done anything.. everything Democratic voters wanted.. they haven't done.. the answer is to be more Democratic, not LESS. Health Care? Public Option? Tax Increases across the board, at least until we can have a surplus. These are no-brainer ideas. Everyone knows what to do. The problem is Big Business bribes. After all, what the hell did you think a Blue Dog Democrat was? That's a Dem who takes bribes.

  • Start a Latino Party. George Lopez for Pres. This American System is BS. What happened to the 'free market'... everywhere you look in American business you see Monopolies and in the market for political ideas, you see big business bribes pulling the puppet strings of both parties. F this.

  • Why doesn't HIlary Clinton run for president.

Her name is not on the wikipedia list for the 2012 candidates?

  • Wow 44% of the Latino vote? Catholics are THAT stupid?!?

They vote for a party that wants to enslave them?

  • @leegeorgeson Ofc they're that dumb, they're catholic! Say you'll cut medicare medicaid SS, throw in a couple of hail mary's & it's all good.

  • @Packerd01 I already proved to you with fucking facts that libertarians aren't in the middle. You are free to have your own opinions but you aren't free to have your own facts. Anyway, libertarians don't have sole possession of the constitution. The constitution says absolutely nothing about the libertarianism or socialism. If you think that, you can go to fucking hell. I don't want to deal with fucktarded assholes like you. You almost sounded rational for a couple of comments.

  • @Packerd01 To call Obama a socialist is to be disconnected from reality. How can I talk to you if you aren't even connected to reality. Most Americans on many key issues are to the left of Obama.

    benjamindavidsteele.wordpress. com/2010/01/23/us-demographics-increasing-progressivism/

The debt crisis we have was intentionally created by Republicans with a decades old strategy.

    benjamindavidsteele.wordpress. com/2010/07/21/national-debt-starve-the-beast-wealth-disparity/

    Wake the fuck up, dude!

  • @Packerd01 Discover it? I live in the US & I already discovered the American version of socialism & it's the best form of govt that has ever existed in the US. Apparently it isn't like Europe's socialist parties, but in the US we aren't voting for European socialists. We are voting for American socialists. A big difference. It seems that it is you who needs to discover the socialism that is in your own country. You have to be a total fucktard to think Obama is a socialist. That isn't even funny.

  • @Packerd01 Yeah, many parties are corrupted. I can't speak for Europe, but in America parties are corrupted because the entire political system is corrupted. A person can't get elected president without playing along with the corrupted system. All politicians lie, but consider which countries have the least social problems & the best economies: Germany, Switzerland, etc. These are countries with social democracies, what some might call soft socialism. The US is soft fascism.

  • @Packerd01 Sewer socialists took some of the most corrupt cities in the US & ended corruption for the time they ran govt. That is no small feat. No other party in the US, not even libertarians, have accomplished this in such a thorough & consistent way. Is it crazy to believe local govt can actually operate w/o corruption & can effectively serve the people? Another thing sewer socialists did was to work with small businesses to create business-friendly environments w/ booming local economies.

  • @Packerd01 The first sewer socialists were elected following the Populist Era. Industrialization had transformed the US. The pollution was horrendous & the water was unsafe to drink. Many people became sick & died. Govt wasn't representing the people because both Democrats & Republicans were corrupted. The economy was dominated by crony capitalism & Robber Barons. The sewer socialists ended the corruption, cleaned up the cities, & built utilities that made people's lives better.

  • @Packerd01 Which socialist party are you referring about? In the US, socialists have never run the national govt. They've only won local elections. The sewer socialists aren't ideologues seeking violent revolution or seeking utopian programs. The ideological socialists often claim they aren't real socialists. Some people would call them social democrats. Basically, they genuinely believe in govt that is effective & serves the public good. They've proven able to create such a govt.

  • @Packerd01 I must admit you do come off as a rational person which I appreciate. I often think of myself as a left-libertarian & I can often find agreement with certain right-libertarians. One thing I'd point out is that libertarianism & minarchism aren't the same thing. Also, socialism & statism aren't the same thing. The 'Sewer Socialists' in the US have the most proven track record in small govt in their extensive success in local politics. Switzerland seems to be minarchist socialism.

  • @Packerd01 Libertarians are not the center, especially not right-libertarians like you. I don't mean that as a criticism. A position isn't necessarily validated by being in the center or invalidated by not being in the center, although claims of center is important. My point is simply that most Americans aren't right-libertarians. This is an issue I've done immense research on & have analyzed in great detail.

    benjamindavidsteele.wordpress. com/2010/01/23/us-demographics-increasing-progressivism/

  • @Packerd01 Your claim isn't meaningful. The two main parties don't represent consistent ideologies or demographics over the past century or so. Also, there is a big difference between wars of aggression & wars of defense. The better question to ask is, since you are promoting right-libertarianism, do right-wingers or liberals start more wars? And which demographic is more supportive of war once started?

    benjamindavidsteele.wordpress. com/2011/01/28/do-rightwingers-love-war/

  • Let's see, you have to choose between one who deports you for entering illegally and not push for immigration reform or those who would SHOOT YOU on sight. The choice is pretty easy to make.

  • Vote por el partido Socialista/Comunista partidos! Paren de votar por los dos partidos quen son lobos en oveja cuero!!!

    Use google translate

  • @Packerd01 Ron Paul doesn't want to send troops to anymore pointless wars. Many liberal, progressive, social democratic & socialist polticians & political activists don't want to send troops to anymore pointless wars. I'm not going to vote for someone based on a single issue, especially when many others who share my views also support that single issue. That is why I voted Ralph Nader. Don't be a paranoid right-winger. Border crossings & violence from Mexico is at a low point.

  • Bullshit. We are reversing the latino shit. We are driving them out back to the west with drivers liscence laws, and soon, back to Mexico. In fact, many are going back now. We will get in power and stop immigration of any kind, which we no longer need.

You better hope this country doesnt turn Latino, or we will have a shithole Mexico country.

  • @Packerd01 As a progressive liberal, I'm for compulsory military service or for pacifists some other form of govt service. I think the draft should be brought back because all Americans should fight & die to protect our country. If only the poor & desperate become soldiers, the rich & powerful will send them off to pointless wars. Democracy must be built on shared responsibility & sacrifice. My point is that this isn't libertarianism. What Switzerland has is a more direct democracy.

  • @Packerd01 It's more interesting to compare US to Germany:

    benjamindavidsteele.wordpress. com/2010/08/27/capitalist-us-vs-socialist-germany

I can't & you can't speak for what ever soldier in the west fought for. But I can point to what early Americans were fighting for. LIke radical Republicans, early Americans were inspired by Paine:

  • @Packerd01 Switzerland has a corporate tax revenue that is 2.7% of GDP but US has 1.8% of GDP. Switzerland has labor union membership about twice as high as the US. Switzerland has compulsory military service, state controlled monetary system, railroad & telephone services. It's less libertarian & more direct democracy w/ a progressive welfare system

As you can see, I've given this much thought.

  • @Packerd01 ---

Your posts are quickly devolving into unintelligible nonsense.

  • @Packerd01 I'm not a partisan. I don't support either party. I usually vote third party or independent. I support progressives, social liberals, and civil libertarians. Back when the Republican Party represented people like me, I'd probably have voted for them. The Republican Party was the most or one of the most radical third parties when it first began. Most of the abolitionists and social reformers left the two main parties (Democrats and Whigs) in order to join the Republican Party.

  • only rich latinos would be voting for republicans, any other latino should never vote for a republican

  • @phoboskitty most latinos who vote republican are cubans from florida

  • @Packerd01 we have "maniac criminals", bad economy, and shitty school systems here already. the safety and economy of the american ppl is already fucked beyond belief. what fucking rock are you livin under? oh "behave and obey the laws", what, just like you do lil guy? Youre lil conformist, grossly misinformed, blind and sheltered ass needs a very painful wake up call. ppl like you are a big part of the reason this circus is still in full swing. Come over here so i can bust your fucking head in

  • @Packerd01 I don't watch much media if by media you mean tv or cable. I don't even own a tv or have a cable. I do, however, read many books, especially on history. If you want to educate yourself on the origins of the Republican Party, just read 'The "S" Word' by John Nichols. Stating historical facts isn't twisting anything. You stated a fact about the early Democratic Party & so in response I stated some facts abgout the early Republican Party. Facts are stubborn things.

  • @Packerd01 Yes, the Democratic Party used to be the party of racists, conservatives, fundies, and other radical right-wingers. And the Republican Party used to be the party that fought against slavery & the KKK, used to the party of liberals, social reformers, agrarians, & socialists. Lincoln, the first Republican president, regularly associated with radical socialists & he had them serve in his administration. LIncoln even corresponded with Marx & used Marxist language in his speeches.

  • Wait I don't get it .

    What's wrong with deporting illegals?

Can someone please explain why this is a bad thing

  • @TOTCD READ

  • @eight18 Why did you cmment if you were going to be lame?

    You're crazy

  • @TOTCD YES I AM CRAZY BECAUSE I TOLD YOU TO READ UP ON THE ISSUE

  • @eight18 Grow up dude

  • @TOTCD LOL WTF? okay? dont read up the issue and stay ignorant , who the fuk wants to be informed on youtube?

  • @eight18 Apparently you, You're looking at a Young Turk vid and reading comments

  • @TOTCD youtube is entertainment and informational, but i dont rely on youtube solely for education purposes, why would you ask someone to explain the illegal issue to you on youtube? you really think the whole issue can summarized into a little comment box? READ

  • Ron Paul will never send Americans to fight & die for Israel & Jew

  • Obama is bush on steroids...

  • Obama and the Democrats had complete control over the House, Senate and the White House for 2 years and they could have done anything they wanted but they did nothing about immigration reform did they? So, why do you balme the Republicans? Also, any "Latino" or Hispanic American who does not have enough loyalty to this country where they would advocate amnesty for illegals can leave the country as far as I'm concerned. Amnesty will destroy this country.

  • @mardi06 The same way the colonists and immigrants that formed the foundation for this country destroyed it, right? You're insane. This country was built on immigration. If you want to complain about people coming into this country illegally there are two things you can do: Punish the companies / corporations that hire immigrants for cheap labor (inconceivable by Republican standards) or make the it easier for people to come into the country legally. Amnesty for hardworking immigrants is good.

  • @eagles980 You response is about the dumbest thing i have read today. You have some sort of control on who and how many immigrants you let into the country or you'll put an instant and unsustainable strain on social services not to mention social security that not one illegal has contributed one fucking dime to. These people have no desire to assimilate or adopt this country as their own like my ancestors did, they were proud to be Americans.

  • @mardi06 The irony is so thick I can almost taste it. Not once did I say "let everyone into the borders." What I did say was grant amnesty to the most valuable members of society that just happen to be illegal immigrants and / or make immigration easier so there would be less incentive to jump the border. You do realize that when they come to this country assimilation is their #1 goal, right? By your logic, legal immigrants that didn't pay into SS are just as bad as aliens, derp. Anything else?

  • @eagles980 How do you determine the "most valuable members of society"? Do you think Doctors, Lawyers and scientists are swimming the Rio Grande? The people who are in this country illegally are the poor, uneducated and criminal part Mexican society that even Mexico doesn't want them Why do you think that is? They have no desire to assimilate and they will not have any loyalty to this country. You missed my point on SS which doesn't surprise me. derp.

  • @mardi06 Hmm, how should I break this down so even someone with a reactionary, childlike mind like yours can understand? You see, doctors and lawyers aren't born, they're educated. Where does one find quality education? Not Mexico, that's for sure. There have been plenty of uneducated immigrants that have come to this country from desperate situations in order to obtain a decent education. Not all of them are criminals and most want nothing but a decent life. Is that so hard to understand, bub?

  • With two "democrats", the many republicans, Kent Mesplay of the Green Party, R. Lee Wrights of the Libertarian Party, Jack Fellure of the Prohibition Party, Stewart Alexander of the Socialist Party, Roseanne, a Naked Cowboy, and Joe Schriner of the Independent Party running for nomination in their respective parties, voting for the lesser evil is not excusable.

  • I don't think that Cenk is right on this one.

=> it's not because you're a latino voter that it means you're automatically in favor of a massive illegal immigration into the U.S.

Most of latino voters were born in the U.S or used legal paths to get there.

I don't think that they support that much those that are in the U.S illegally.

  • Why do people say "Uhhh" when they don't know what to say? It's just a filler sound, to keep the stream of sound from ending. If you hadn't said "uhh" i'd assume that you were thinking, want me to think, or just pausing like one does in normal conversation. When you say "uhh" you're giving it away.

  • It's a democracy so you have to vote for Obama (or the Republicans)? C'mon, Cenk.

  • latino voters are split because some believe they are white, and some realize they are not.

  • Latinos need to form a LatinoPAC and then buy some politicians.

  • Why do you have to vote Cenk?

If NO ONE voted the system would have zero credibility, legitimacy or public support - real change the peaceful way.

    Vote and die.

At least vote for a third party candidate if you must.

  • @Realpra the radicals always vote. You would have a hell hole.

  • @Realpra Just Google "pandagon illusion of control" That should explain why Cenk has to vote, and not for a third party, either. If you want to change things, start gaining influence at local levels. Get more progressive liberals in State government or in the House and Senate. The Presidency is lost this round, but we should take as small of hit as we can, and that would be done by reelecting Obama. So let's start working on '16 now.

And if no one voted, then the corps would freely apoint reps

  • @mictheorist Just to reinforce your post, Brazil is the most catholic nation in the western hemisphere, if not the whole world.

  • I'm taking bets on how many times Repub's have called Obama up with vague "Yeah, JFK wanted to do that too" type threats.

  • My family and I voted for Clinton....then we HAD to vote for Obama....no way in fuck any of the fake fucking Christians on the Reich would get our vote.

We need a Catholic Socialist Latino in Congress.......that would be nice.

  • Latino Voters ALL know these stupid politicians are shady. Especially... wait let me say that again... ESPECIALLY the Mexican population. Reason why? Politicians are turning us against each other by separating us by a damned fence. I've seen videos and first hand that Chicanos strike against immigrants and even turn them in. Reps and Dems... Especially Dems are a lame at keeping promises.

  • THE ANSWER IS RON PAUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @loudNlow601 no not really, he hates latinos too

  • @eight18 really because it doesn't seem to me he doesn't have much HATE in his heart at all except maybe for ignorant people like you! and if you watch his speeches and look at his policies on border control and ILLEGALS he is actually very reasonable. but again you probably won't because your obviously narrow minded and ignorant.

  • @loudNlow601 didnt he want to repeal the birthright citizenship amendment?, i never trust a libertarian to care about people

  • @eight18 yes because its a very easily corruptible amendment for ILLEGALS (not latinos) to take advantage of sorry if its just too sensible for you to understand. and who do you think has the best idea? (not rhetorical)

  • @loudNlow601 im sorry to burst your bubble , but most of todays american latinos would not even exist if the birthright citizenship was repealed back then, i would be illegal as well if it wasnt for that amendment, so ron paul wants to illegalize the future latino generation, fuk him

  • @eight18 no fuk you, go back to Mexico

  • @calimar28 lol? wtf? ive never even been to mexico, in fact im not mexican at all, lol you ignorant dumbfuks never cease to amaze me with your ignorance and racism, i was born and raised here, never even left this country once and im going usmc infantry, youre welcome to go back to europe though

  • @eight18 im not sayin i agree with everything the man says but if it had been repealed we wouldn't have such an over populated country that has had the working class such as me diluted by a bunch of "legal" latinos that work for nothing so FUCK YOU.

  • @loudNlow601 lol so now you're complaining about the results of free market policies? what do you think ron pauls going to do? if you're going to support thelibertarian ideology , at least be consistent and accept the responsibility of the free market coups of latin america

  • @eight18 you are so right:)

  • @loudNlow601 Ron paul wants to lift the embargo against cuba ,and most latinos support that(except cubans from florida) also legalize prostitution and withdraw usa troops from foreign countries,he is like a leftwinger republican, but I never heard his opinions about latinos..........

  • @CarnardP3 "see that's the difference between liberals and conservatives, liberals vote with there brain," HA. . . I'd love to agree, but no. Both liberals and conservatives are fucking idiotic. . . . You forgetting obama?

  • Who cares about Latinos? IF we fix the border and slow down all immigration, Latinos wont be a problem. They control two states that we will lose anyway, so who cares?

  • @calimar28 Latinos are the fastest growing demographic. Caucasians are becoming the new minority. Among the younger generation, caucasians already are the minority. Latinos & blacks will as individual demographics be larger than the caucasian demographic, & combined they'll be a force to reckoned with. This is particularly relevant as blacks & latinos mostly vote Democratic. The GOP in the near future will be forced to change their platform or they will go the way of the Federalists & Whigs.

  • @MarmaladeINFP Latinos are festest growing....more reason to close the borders and slow immigration back to 1964 levels, hen they will not be the "fastest growing' anymore. They simply invade us, thats why they are the fastest growing. But they only control California and New York, which the GOP loses anyway.

So, no loss for the GOP.

  • @calimar28 Consider the facts. Illegal border crossings have been decreasing & are at a low point. The fast growth of the latino population is caused mostly by the fact they have more kids. The slow growth of the caucasian population is caused mostly by the fact they have fewer kids. Assuming the fast growth of the latino population is caused by them illegally entering the US is as silly as assuming the slow growth of caucasian population is caused by them illegally leaving the US.

  • @calimar28 Plus, you have to consider all of the other facts. The black population is also growing which, in your wildest paranoid fantasies, you can't blame on illegal border crossings. Like Latinos, blacks mostly vote Democratic. Even more interestingly. Blacks who have been living in the Democratic Northern states for generations have been moving back South again for various reasons. The South is also where the latinos are concentrated. So, the South is being overtaken by Democratic voters.

  • @MarmaladeINFP Wrong you idiot. The south is LOSING latinos as many are migrating out since they cant drive here. Most are going to California, or even back to Mexico. Your Latinos are not a problem for us...we wont allow them to invade.

Negros are not growing...they stay at 13% of the population. They would lose population because of their high abortion rates, but to counter that the govt allows many to immigrate here, mostly in the form of refugees. Just enough to keep at at 13%

  • @calimar28 rollingout. com/news-politics/politics/increase-in-hispanic-population-may-lead-to-decrease-in-black-political-and-economic-clout/

"Hispanic growth also has been larger in several Southern states, with census counts exceeding prior estimates by more than 10 percent in Alabama, Louisiana and Maryland. In fact, Latino population growth during the past decade was greatest in the South, where many states have seen their Latino populations double since 2000. For the first time, Hispanic.."

  • "...population growth outpaced that of both African Americans and whites in the South."

"This may result in a different voting pattern, especially in the South that may end with more Hispanic-majority districts. By some estimates, more than a dozen seats in the U.S. House of Representatives may change, where a state’s representation depends on its population."

  • "The changes also will alter the number of presidential electoral votes in 18 states, including Texas and Florida, and may mean blacks and Hispanics can turn Republican states Democratic."

  • @MarmaladeINFP what are you talking about. Caucasions make up 73% of america and the african american birthrate is low. Latino's are growing though.

  • I wish Weiner was still in office, I need someone to express my disappointment in the white house.

  • RON PAUL 2012! Soy latino!...Este Obama es un pendejo y un ladron!

  • @carbonfiberfan I'm latino and I also like carbon fiber.

  • @edersiomoran Of course its the lightest strongest material known to man

  • Latinos will not be voting for any Republican candidate for a long time. They have already done enough damage with all the anti immigration, anchor baby, parasite nonsense. As a Mexican I can tell you that we can hold a grudge like no one else.

  • @CarnardP3 Of course cause they're brainwashed zombies.

  • I'm Latino....RON PAUL 2012!

  • Listen? He tried to do immigration reforms through the dream act ok? This I definately disagree with u. its not his fault like u said (its under his watch). States like Arizona took the federal law in their hands and deportated ppl

  • @elsie347 exactly. cenk has lost his credibility. he is just a loudmouth now going off on a daily rant.

  • if your black, latino, or gay and you vote for the GOP you are crazy, they just dont care i did not see one black or brown faces at any tea party rallys? do you? to my latino friends just look at the laws in georgia or AZ? the GOP wants your money and your support for they can get rid of you faster.. OBAMA 2012 LETZGET IT

  • I guess im just gonna vote for the lesser of the two evils

  • the GOP can eat my illegal border crossing, citizenship obtaining brown ass.

  • third party?

  • Yes cenk, because Latinos ALL vote based on 1 topic, immigration. Yet when a conservative says anything close to something like that, you scream racist at them.

Why not add that ALL black people vote based on a candidates disposition to fried chicken? double up on your racism and hypocrisy?

Next you'll ONLY ever report stories of racism when the victims black . . . Oh wait, that's what already happens.

In recent months you've become a joke.

  • @manhunt48 I really wish I could disagree with you. But, I can't, because it's true.

  • @manhunt48 He did the same thing about gay republicans awhile back. Like that fact republicans are generally against gay marriage, means all gays should vote democrat. Cenk never even considers that fact some gay men, have no interest in a wedding. And would rather pay less taxes, if they do so under the GOP

  • Um, all hispanics have to do is to put pressure on Obama and hold his feet to the fire like gays did with DADT.

  • Sorry, Latino's are not DUMB like whites, they don't vote against their own interests.

  • I'm beginning to wonder if Obama is a Republican plant.

  • @upsilon054 me too.

  • @upsilon054

More like a Wall Street plant

  • Why doesn't the Latino community get together and start their own party. Hey if the candidate is better than these idiots, I'll vote for them!

  • We need to start writing ppl in, the selections are no good. That would be a true vote and real ppl would win and there would be real change.

  • @TheEndofdays311 "JUST DON'T VOTE!"

Yeah, silence yourself. That'll tell 'em.

  • Just keep in mind God sees everything. This comment is for those who hate the undocumented people

  • He's right...

  • Hispanics like myself do care about more issues then just immigration reform.

  • At this point I don't really care what Obama's motives are. Actions speak louder then words. In my view, the Obama administration has been a failure. I will not be supporting or voting for him in 2012.

  • I would never for vote for the GOP. When Teddy was around then yes but not now. But I wouldn't vote for Obama either. Both haven't done shit for immigration reform.

  • @mictheorist Brazil is very Hispanic actually from ethnic standpoint. Though it does have a high black population.

  • @Trickishismael360 Brazil only speaks Portuguese or Native languages.

    not Hispanic

  • @LobsterPotsticker Portugal was part of Hispania. Making them ethnically Hispanic from a historical standpoint.

  • @Trickishismael360 well, the ones who immigrated from Portugal, perhaps.

  • @LobsterPotsticker You would be correct. Also the people of mixed heritage which would be about 40% at least.

  • I feel like not even voting. What's the point? I'm fuc*ed either way? I have a feeling other Latinos feel the same way as me.

  • Why is it so difficult for people to say LATIN AMERICAN instead of using these stupid labels??!!

Hispanic is a racial term like Anglo/Saxon, but it SHOULD be used ONLY for people who come from Europe (Spain) not Latin America.

Ronald Reagan started using it that way being the retard that he was!

It's like labeling black people Anglo/Saxon just because they speak English!!!

And you should ONLY say "Latino" if you are speaking Spanish or another Latin language that uses that word!!!

  • the only reason GOP would want to reach out to latinos is to escort us out the border

  • @whatsgoingon07 Yeah, right. What have the Democrats done for you?? Fucking nothing.

  • @whatsgoingon07 At least your self aware of this...

  • @whatsgoingon07 The Teabaggers aren't going to be looking at ID's either when they decide to purge latinos. If you're carrying an ID it will conveniently vanish and you'll be put on the deportee bus.

Yeah, Obama sucks. But he isn't holding rallies that look like "Birth of A Nation" either.

  • If I was old enough to vote I wouldn't vote for anybody ;at least this election.

  • why is the left pushing to racialize "latinos/hispanics"???

    Isn't our country divided enough??

  • @mictheorist

Don't forget that in Mexico City you can get married to a dude, too--not the rest of the republic, but we'll get there one day, hopefully.

  • so Obama is bad for deporting illegals??? no wonder people dont want to vote progressive.

  • Jew & Federal Reserve - December 23, 1913

    Jew founders :

    1. John D Rockefeller Jr ( Banker )

    2. Paul M Warburg ( Banker )

    3. Nelson D Aldrich ( Politician - daughter Abby marries John D Rockefeller Jr )

  • IDIOT Immigration reform? You mean legalizing illegals. No deportations ? What you going to give them a jobo on your compan. Skyrocketing unemployment and you want more immigration ? Haven´t you pay atention to london last week ?

  • This Latino will be voting for Ron Paul.

  • @simmsinns Ron Paul is the worst on immigration!

  • @deburteaga Ron Paul is the best on everything.

  • @deburteaga how is that?? he doesn't care if you came illegally as long as you don't commit a crime but if you want to become a citizen then they will have to go through the process...you are very ill informed...

  • @wsm34 He thinks immigrants who get medical treatment should be deported. He believes that children born in the U.S. to immigrant parents shouldn't be citizens. He's also completely against amnesty, so he does not want you to go through any process if you want to be a citizen. You, my friend, are the one that is ill informed.

  • @deburteaga that is some what true but he mention that deportation is not the answer...as long as you dont commit a crime..

  • @wsm34 He said deporting 12 million people is too difficult and impractical, but he is not for amnesty either. He would have liked to deport all immigrants, though, but because it would be too difficult, he's sticking to just the criminals.

  • The same is true of the Progressive Wing of the Democratic Party. Why would we give our time, effort and money to someone who has pointedly and repeatedly rubbed our faces in the dirt for political gain? I am one disgusted and disenchanted Progressive and I make no bones about the fact that Obama is a sellout to the DLC and the far right wing squirrel nut jobs of the Repuglithug Party. He more than any other president has been a disappointment to his voter base. We elected him and he has

  • discarded us, the Progressives who elected him, like yesterdays used condom. I am enraged at the sellout to the Wall Street Thugs, those individuals who have precipitated the current economic crisis, the very people who push for no taxes on the wealthy and the corporations, which he endorses. He folds like a cheap suit, and more he shoves our noses into the smell of compromise with people who don't give a damn about the poorest and most disadvantaged of our population.

  • cenk's wink is disturbing.
