  • Hello my name is joel. I buy a thermaltake soprano soprano rs101 But I do not see the connector 1394a FireWire Can say to me which is

  • Removable motherboard tray? Instant Kickass-ness

  • Hot-swap brillant!

  • 1. the dust filter looks cheap, may it will swing with

    the resonance of the case

    2. i like the dimensions

    3. i wish the case would have three front fans.

I don´t need more than three 5.25" bays.

    4. 90 degrees hdd bays schould be a standard in every case.

    5. hot swap thing is cool.

    6. the front style is neat but could be more like

    the armor-serie, but without doors.

    7. the power button have to be on the top.

  • @recordme O_____O less QQ?

  • @recordme > 3. i wish the case would have three front fans.

Why do you need it? You must blow more air out, than you blow in, you know? Putting 0 fans in the front won't change much too...

  • Omg very loud fans!

  • how about some opinions and testing not just a list of features bad review

  • LOVE this case! Perfect for my needs and I really like the styling.

  • at least it's funny if you hear the beginning as well.

  • 1:11 lolz

"and at the bottom, there's lots of ventilation"

the way he says it is funny to me.

  • lol. LOTS of negative comments on this page.

  • you would think that for dropping that kind of cash they would paint the inside

oh well this is still a very nice case

  • I love this case. Just wish it could be a little bit cheaper. I am currently using antec 900. It is a good case and almost make no noise at all but installing HD is a little bit awkward. I have a big vc installed(gtx285), so one hd bay was blocked. The other problem of my 900 is cable management. It is totally a mess. The front panel audio cable is just too short. I will buy this case next time.

  • I bet you're one of those 14 year old kids that rock up to a lan party with so many LED case fans and cold cathode tubes that it's impossible to see your rubbish hardware.

You also probably have one of those sound sensing modules for your lights so your case looks like a cheap light show when you play your rubbish hip-hop. 50 Cent is *not* cool, he never was!

I have a Lian Li PC-A77 B and it's the best darn case IMO. It looks very slick too :).

  • you are waaaaay wrong!! hahahahaa!! i never use LEDs, I keep it simple, I dont listen to shitpop, I just want a good case like CM haf932 or ATCS 840, and these two are faaaar better than any Lian-Li, Lians are TOO overrated.period

  • You are saying the HAF932 is better than a full aluminium Lian Li?

There is no hope for you...

  • You forgot ATCS 840 FULL alluminium!!!

    Hopeless lol

  • What are the advantages of full aluminium besides lightness?

  • Remains cooler, and that is a good thing for ur hardware;).U dont need a tons of coolers inside the case to keep it cool=lower noise

  • Heat absorption.

  • Titanium XP

  • Coolermaster cases are far more stylish cases, but when it comes to buildin quality, lian li are the best.Maybe the ATCS 840 gets close, but again not compairing with the tooless system lian li has come out with

  • @3Z3K13L08 The HAF has better air flow (:

  • @wwyk1993 Yeah, but it's not a Lian Li. I won't but another brand now I've owned the best.

There are plenty of other cases that LL makes that have even better air flow. I'm in the process of getting my rig water cooled and this case is amazing for it. You can fit a push/pull 360mm rad in the top and a 240/360mm rad in the front, all internally! Try doing that in your HAF...

  • @3Z3K13L08 Look at how many mounting holes are there for 120 and 140mm fans in the HAF 932 then come back and talk to me.

  • @wwyk1993 Hahaha, air cooling. Don't speak to me unless you water cool and can fit two 360mm rads in your HAF

  • @wwyk1993 You can fit a 360 at the top, two 240s at the side panel, a 140 at the back and a 120 at the bottom.

  • some people dont acre about looks...

  • small child alert.

  • jjdunn21, go kill yourself

  • Aside from the dreadfully bland lookin cases this company makes {i know many will flip on me for that statement} the build quality of these cases are second to none. While i do believe there are much cheaper and far better cases if u goin for strictly air cooling if i was goin water cooling this case would be my top pick. Great product great review

  • hahah the dust filter covers don't come off that easy on my lian li a7010. love the case but i modified them because i tried taking it off to clean the filters and i ended up breaking the reset button off.. but i fixed it.

also the reset butting is tiny. i made mine easier to press by getting a switch with a longer plastic piece so i didn't have to press it in as far.

and i also changed the obnoxious blue power led. to obnoxious white..... lol

    love your vids too.

  • did you notice? all case reviews have the "motherboard tray is..." ...pause.... "(not) removable"... lol

  • I've just ordered a PC-A7010 from Silverpcs (they sell the Lian Li line). And I wholeheartedly recommend them: I wanted a top panel with 2x120mm exhaust fans on the top. However, this was only available for the PC-7x. BUT, Daniel from silverpcs called me not only to mention that I'd be waisting $, but also to propose to take the original top panel and himself mod it so that I can have the 2 required fans, charging me as if I've ordered the optional top panel with 2 fans made for the other model!

  • Dose any one know if the front cover is Aluminum?

  • yes

  • Ill be purchasing this case in a month dose any one know a place i can buy the top for liquid cooling with 2x120M fans from in Australia?

  • That hotswap idea is awesome.

  • This looks fantastic!

  • hdd bay in the back top......kinda unique. that hot swap is sweet! wow cant hear the fans at all! i think i might be buying lian li instead of cooler master.

  • i use the old lain li pc65 and ive never seen a case that is built as good beside the silverstone but silverstone and lain li being my first choice is all id ever use

  • Ranking Hardware review:

    1-3DGameMan

    2-CompusaTV

    3-TigerDirectBlog

    4-Trubritar

  • lol 2+3 are the same xD just with a different name

  • If logan came back I'd say a draw between 3GM and Tiger.

  • @tubeengine you forgot PCWizKId

  • @tubeengine LinusTechTips and NCIXTechTips FTW! (:

  • Lian Li PC-A7010 Case VS ANTEC 1200 Case

which of these two cases will have better cooling and performance

  • looks nice, but I'd be careful with the power connectors for the 7 SATA slots up front, they look like they could wear out over time

  • I have rebranded Lian Li case and the build quality is top notch. I also have a Thermaltake Tsunami Dream case in silver and it's seriously a piece of shit in comparison.

  • great review, but yeah i agree with a previous commenter, i don't like the new music so much...

guess i have to get used to it

  • What a damn beast!

HPs Blackbird case also has the quick connect SATA "backbone" board for cable-less HD connections to the case.

  • I'm liking this case, no crappy bling. Handy HD connectors too.

  • Sorry Rod but I hate the new opening music. Been watching your vids for years.

  • Fucking beast of a case, but I dont have a need for a case this big nor a case for this many hard drives as I use a old Lian Li mid tower. However this case has great design.

  • dont know about the video card pillar seems a bit uneccesary but its removable so yeah cool case

  • good case to mod

  • i agree this case has it all.. except looks but WHO CARES!

  • it has great cooling, but it doesnt look all that great.

  • I wish I could afford a Lian Li. I had to go with a 50$ raidmax katana. Still a good case but Lian Li's are THE Best!!!!

  • Lian li's cases are the best.

  • Whooa ! nice one,it's simple and awesome !!!

  • I really like the pre installed SATA connectors in the bay...

  • That's a great case, Rodney, thanks! Will you be checking out Lian Li entertainment cases? I think they'll be the next greatest step for a PC on a big screen TV. Cheers!

  • wooo looks pricey...but sure is worth every penny no doubt.

  • nice case, very practical and flexible. first thing id do if i got one would be to either add some acoustic dampening material or just break out the 'ol jigsaw and buy some acrylic :)

  • ahaha oh no Rodney! At 1:20, you said it just snaps on, but it started hitting the fan when you put it back! X3

  • I prefer the look of this case over the alienware type cases with the pointless LED's and/or ridiculous front panel decals. nice review 3Dgameman, elegance is beautiful.

  • Nice case... May be getting soon :)

  • looks expensive

  • 100% kickass

  • Beautiful, 10 hd's, that's what I'm talkin about yeah! lol

  • i agree it looks boring if it had led fans and 2 windows on the side it would be so awesome

  • not everyone prefers windows and led fans, sometimes people just like to go for a conservative look. and it is one of the best cases no doubt

  • one of the best cases iv seen in a long time

  • Except for Lian-li's persistence in creating Boring-As-Fuck looking cases... this has got to be one of the best thought out full tower cases that I have ever seen.

  • It's better than #914 - Lian Li PC-P80 Case Video Review ?

  • this lian li is the queen of modding projects its fucking amazing! good RVW

  • Sick case!!! gj 3DGAMEMAN (y)

  • this is why i love lian li, their cases OWN

  • dude, that's a great case, and it's really good for moding. it would be a very good idea to replace the side and top panel and replace them with plexi sheets and have loads of fans installed on them.

great case, great review, nice one

  • Do you have any more information about the top panel with two 120mm fans?

  • one weird case! Lian Li cases are, well, aah forget it!

  • Awesome case and great review. Thanks, Rodney!

  • Wow does this guy review cases a lot or is it a coincidence he reviews a super awesome one as soon as I'm looking for a new one..?

Well thanks anyways, you're super cool.

  • this is awesome and beutiful case.love the sata power and data connectors but lian li is too expensive...for me

  • That SATA data and power connectors are great ideas. Less cables. That VGA pillar reminds me of the Dell XPS 4** series.

  • thats one sweet case, if i had money to build a new system i would so buy this thing

  • This case is awesome for modding

  • Wow! This case is awesome! Even for watercooling with that 2 120mm top.

  • wow. great case but the whole built in SATA connectors is defiently from the Mac Pro

  • Nice case, but that popup hatch for the USB and headset jacks is hideous and that pop-off frontpanel doesn't look very sturdy.

  • ya but its still not the hp blackbird 002 case...

  • they are spacey but there design is suck

  • takes the cake!!! haha great review mate.

  • dude where are the bloopers?

  • He decided to discontinue them a few month ago in order to save HDD space and time editing.

  • oh well..

  • little NOISE!

  • nice case

  • dude this is a case I might consider buying

  • Great video as always I love the case reviews they are the best.

Keep up the good work cant wait to see whats next and want to see more Q and A videos.

    Rick Arter

  • very nice case

  • ah fuck u beat me! lol ermm..and shit i accidently gave this 1star..i ment to put 5 star ..5 STAR DAMMIT! :(

  • mm nice case
