hey if your download the DLC, just get past lvl 1(wave 5) on hard, over and over again. ive gone from 30-42 in half an hour. DLC's super hard... try it out.

@gtamgs15 He's showing a gameplay vid of PURE STRATEGY mode, where enemies don't attack you, you can't attack them either, you can walk thorough enemies, and defenses...you can't repair stuff nor can u use your powers and such, it's like Mobs vs Defenses where you are a spectator :D !!!

You can farm the first wave alone with a squire on insane for 130k with bonuses, I've got the time (Build+Kill time) down to just under 3 minutes so - 130k x 20 = 2.6m for a ridiculously easy first wave. I've found that each choke can be left on it's own with just 1 bouncer blockade and a harpoon turret.

Missiles/Fire Towers + Ensnare/Electric Aura's work well on Insane (If your characters are pure build), you can get up to the 20's easily. :3

Just so you know, (Which a lot of people Don't) You don't have to pick up the items. They sell at every battle phase. Also, If you're on multiplayer, The money doesn't split.

My strategy is to spend all points for my squire mainly on health and a little defense(Both tower attributes) and make barricades blocking the paths they take to each crystal. then my mage has mainly tower damage/speed and some tower range and I use my hunter for dps so it has speed,cast speed, and damage(Yes I know those arent the class names) IS this a good strategy?

@TheAdventuresClayMan First of all if U play PC version 7.12e or above DON'T USE SQUIRE. Play with Countess (the female version) - way faster and her Call to Arms ability is better (boost nearby heroes +U). Joist is better too. At level 70 U get 299 points to spend. I would suggest to max your health, and split the remaining points on tower damage health and attack rate. Just so U know - it worked pretty well for me.

your initial setup is good and all but I notice some flaws to it. The main flaw is near the middle crystal heading right. that small section with where you put 4 bowling ball towers don't work too well. mages aka necro's loves to stand on the invincable pad of their's and take it out with range while they take no dmg cause they are on that stupid spot. But again most of it is good. I been doing a hybrid of it experimenting how to get the best results either way it opened me up to some ideas

@Mwgwr3ll When the weapon is in your item box, if i remember correctly, you click "A" on xbox and "X" on PS3 then there you should see a half gauge with an arrow hold down Right trigger (so its either R1 or R2 on ps3) and mana will go into the weapon when it maxes you can choose a skill on the weapon to increase. After you do it once it costs more mana and some weapons have more upgrades than others. hope this helps!

Just hopping in to say that one round of insane glitterhelm caverns (in campain) nets over 1.4 million experience.

It is tough, but if you can get into a game with a friend who's good at setting up defenses you could easily max a character in 30 minutes.

Try it before you rate these strategy videos, its a horrible strategy that doesn't work. You can find tons of better squires strategies for this level right here on youtube.

@gctuck82 what level are you, and what how many skill points did you have in each of your tower skills? because i did this strategy from level 38 i think to 70 and also got a few other characters past 50 with this, so you may be doing it wrong or have the wrong skill set up. my highest is 13 pure strat on hard with this set up might have been a little altered but still.

@johney232 you need to have your skill points in tower defense mainly health and damage, i have a better strategy coming soon, i'm not sure what level is the lowest you can be for this you just need tower skills up. sorry not much help there :/ are you on xbox? if you are i could help you sometime
