  • That part of the detector certanly can't.

    I doubt the rest of the detector can, detecting neutrinos is insanely hard and probably not doable with all the other particles making far more of an impact on any detecton equipment.

    Neutrinos will most likely be infered from the data.

  • Strange that we are hit by billions of neutrinos each second and we know so little about them, perhaps the new south pole neutrino detector can give more answers. And i certainly can`t wait for what they will discover with the LHC.
