  • I like the track but Ibanez aren't my type- I like Les Paul.

  • @tyka2000 his is washburn

  • I really like your guitar and the way u use ur notes in the G major scale.

Btw, is it imperative to learn major scale to move ahead to natural minor scale? Because most of the solos/songs that I like are in natural minor scale.

    Keep up the good work.

    Cheers

  • try to learn all, ALL, the scales, they are very important.

  • Nice mate! Almost hear myself playing here! Check out my channel, i've also left a video response for you. By the way, you think you have a chance to send this backing track to me? I have a lot in exchange for you if you like. Greets!

  • sweet shit man!! MAAD!!

  • Powiem krótko... zajebista improwizacja, mam nadzieję, że też kiedyś będę w stanie tak zagrać.

  • Lovely playing. But can`t find this backing track on Justins`s site. Could you please tell me where can I find it?

  • bardzo dobra improwizacja ;) Powaliłeś mnie swoją techniką, świetne wibrato. Pozdrawiam.

  • Omg, amazing, so beautiful man, i did an improvization also, but i only used the first string, because i only knew well the notes of the first string in that scale :P,

    Nice job.

  • amazing!

  • fuck hippies

  • Great Job! Love improvisations!

  • Got to this video from JustinSandercoe forum site. That improvisation was awesome. Excellent work. I just ordered the DVD for the Master Scales 1 month ago. The best DVD that I have ever bought. I can finally start making music with the major scale. Keep up the good work.

  • One question... (Because you seem to know what your talking about... Is improvisation just playing the whatever key of scale to music?

  • Comment removed

  • post the tab for your improvisation dude...you rocks!...

  • beautiful...good job.

  • man that was awesome. inspired me anyway. gonna get practicing my major scale.

  • Dropped in from Justin's place to check this out.

Brilliant you must have worked hard to reach that standard of playing.

Is that a Washburn N4 your playing????? EMG pickups????? I have the Wi66 Pro.

  • Face melting improv dude

    and nice rg prestige series

i have the same one :)

  • dude, that was really nice

  • That sounds very familiar to John Petruccis wishful thinking at the intro. Nicely done though.

  • i don't think so, it's very different from wishful thinking.

  • very good!!

  • impro ? or u made a solo ? lol .. u look like u wrote the solo .. but if it was just impro .. u are awesome !

  • Niiiice! You did it man, you jumped from knowing the scale to play it like music.....when I play that it still sound like a bloody happy-children-melody. Damn! congrats boy!.

  • one word, AWESOME :)

  • what is the chord progression of the backing track?...i know it is in the key of G..but still i want to know the chord sequence..so that i can examine and analyze the chords and chord changes that i will be playing over..

  • Damn good! and impressive. actually didn't think it will be so nice in the beginning.

  • Nice!!!! Damn do i need a vid cam I can only put in pics on mine for now +(

  • a real inspiration!

  • damn it you're good..!

  • what kind of guitar is that

  • It's a WASHBURN X-series ;)

  • That was amazing. Where abouts on the site is the free download of that backing track? I'd love to get a hold of it and start practicing.

  • Some of that was pretty sick

    you are a great player,

where did you come up with all those licks and ideas?

  • awesome dude - great playing :)

  • Świetne ;) Pozdrawiam :)

  • Awesome, nothing gets too repetetive, some beautiful phrasing and ideas.

  • Very nice man!loved it!

  • I lov U my sweety ;* Śliiicznie ;* ! odczepic sie od mojego faceta ! :P

  • hehe and I love You too, my Darling ;* Thank You for comment;)

  • what i said is just an example, the point on my question is how to make solo over chord changes,i know you can answer my question.,or just make a vid explaining the step by step explanation on your solo Improvisation,on why you use that solo over the chord progression of the backing track..jej..tnx..your Improvisation is really nice..

  • You need to realize what chords are included into key of G (like in my example in this video, where I'm playing G Major scale.): G-major, A-minor,B-minor, C-major, D-major, E-minor. In songs with those chords I can use G-major scale for improvisation. And that's all philosophy :D The difference is in starting note ;) Try and practice! And the results will come quickly..

  • Yeah, you used G Major scale throughout the whole song, right? Which you did well - great improv!

But you can actually shift from scale to scale as the chord changes - this is what most jazz musician does. I think that's what "evilchrist" is asking about - whether you play one scale throughout the whole song or shift betweenn different scales.

  • if im playing G Major scale, using a backing track which uses chord progression G-Bm-C-D,what should i do if after the backing track change to Bm,do i have to still play( solo) in G major or change it to D, C or Em scale accordingly? is it necessary that after the backing track play the chord C,is it necessary that the solo also end in note C?PLS POST VIDEO for this,a step a step method on how to use the scale in every chord progression,or what to do to the scale when the chord changes, tnx

  • could you send me this backing track? ;) Then I'll be able to say something more :) Greetz :)

  • awesome man, i'm learning to improvise too. but i'm nowhere near your level =p

  • Best darn improv I've ever seen, along with that "insanely amazing guitar solo" dude. \o/ Five stars!

  • wow, thanks a lot! Really appreciate that opinion :-)

  • nice, loved your playing and loved the backing track as well

  • Wow, nieźle. Trzymaj tak dalej ;)5 gwiazdek :D

    Pozdrawiam :D

  • Nice job, man. I'm gonna rob one or two of those licks.
