well it's about time someone payed tribute to EMS personnel for all that they do! btw, why is it that there is a memorial vid for the police and fire who died on 9/11 but not one for the medics? doesn't their sacrifices mean anything?

EMS is a great career just be careful to not let it consume you because it can! I worked as a medic for 12+ years before I had to walk away for a while for my own health and sanity.  I miss it and look forward to getting back into it. To those wanting to get into it, make sure you do the best you can, treat others as you want to be treated and above all make time for yourself and your family.
