In the first Battletoads game Rash didn't wear glasses. And who cares if he does, these are very well done animations and the Battletoads will remain legends in beat em up game history until the end of time. @ccledman ive been doing 3d and animation for 10 years.. what program you using? i use mostly mudbox/zbrush and 3dsmax.. but i can't create anything spectacular due to my pc being fucked up

It was done 6 years ago. 3ds max and zbrush were used.

My computer was not a big one. If i´m not wrong, I had about 512mb of ram and 80 Gb from hard disk in 2005.

@ccledman i would have suspected maybe character studios was used in addition to 3dsmax? -- I really want to get my hands on the latest version of 3dsmax, they have the new killer rigging system that is amazing.. it seems all the stuff ive learned is getting easier and easier at time progresses.

No.. I used CAT . It was a third party plugin and now it´s integrated with 3ds max.

It´s a lot better than Character studio. Character studio has some easy tools, but if you really want something better, try CAT.

I´m working with a game engine. So.. i think I´ll have some battletoad remake (at least one level) in a few months( if i have some free time).

So... pimple is stronger and higher than pimple and has diferent color. But im think you´re wrong cos pimple is the one who has the wristbands(did you mean that black one?). Rash is green and has the glasses (wich one was not present in this video).

ok, a question: you say he's Rash, but in all honesty, he looks more like Pimple: Rash is short, not THAT muscular -morelike, slim-, wears glasses and a BIG-ass smile/grin on his face 24/7. are you sure he's Rash? c:,

But..

Pimple is kind flat. I almost does not have a neck. Pimple has big trapezius.

Pimple has a lot of mass.. Like Hulk .. big (circunference) arms, legs..

I would do pimple if i had time..

but, if i would do Rash again, i'll do a cartoony style...

yeah... but he is green!(maybe there's some trouble with your monitor, or maybe youtube had disturbed the colors).

and, when i did these movies, my computer did take a lot to render each render pass.

yeah i read about that joke but i dont think anyone would do the same joke twice ? Nothing bad happened , nobody told that he did your animations and didnt said that he did it ,it was because of prank calls and asking about battletoads game in game shops,maybe rare will hear about this and release new game.

sorry but that toad is not Rash... is Pimple... Rash use a black glass an is more small an green. But is cool.

I knoew it's exagerated, but was my intention to do something like that.

pimple is bigger, but a little fat. Fat is not the right word. He is all big. Like Hulk, that has a lot of mass.

Rash is strong, but smaller than Pimple.
