Appears pilot came in "HOT" [CROWD pleaser!] aggressive flair, dropped the tail to stop & hover but tail rotor strike penetrated water, instant tail rotor damage resulted in counter rotation failure, pilot pulled up instinctively as crash involved drowning factor [severe coning]; Co-pilot likely coma/died due to psych factor of full knowledge of severity of conditions and responsibility [guilt] of mortal wounds to all.

They were trying to bring a policemen to the island of a river. This must be the guy, who fell into the water!
He survived!
On board were 6 people, pilots, policemen, fire-fighters. Five people had light injuries, but the co-pilot fell into a coma and died later.
