I remember him playing Mole, this sweet, innocent, frightful little rodent in The Wind In The Willows. I'm proud of his dry, British humor, and I don't see what's so bad about it. Hell, he's got a better singing voice than some people I've seen on stage XD
I see i am getting some stick here, why? The reason i posted was because he had ago at Top Gear about the Mexican joke, he then called them racist. But by being a comedian your job is to make jokes about people or their jobs etc, as i said it seems it is okay for him to do it but others can't. Looks like the unfunny pot calling the funny kettle black.
Is coogan not being racist here, is it okay for him to take the piss out of a stereo type, but when it comes to someone else doing it it's so wrong. And yes i do think he is the most unfunny cunt i have ever heard, if only he told a joke now and again, swearing for the sake of it is not funny, it has to go with a joke, and he has none.
@Rorxz I know what makes a good comedian, the laugh factor, something Coogan has not got. Yes he gets lots of polite laughter (he's told a joke we had better laugh) , but a full on belly laugh, no chance.
@wisetrucker I have laughed many times at coogan so hard that I couldnt breathe and was banging the floor with my fist, at the frist 2nd 3rd 4th 5th time of seeing the same clip. so maybe I am weird but he did make me laugh
Saw him in Sheffield he came down to the front row and patted me on the head whilst singing Under Pressure as Partridge.... It's been over a year I should probably wash my head now...
