I've learned from my extensive Oreo eating that when you've put the oreos in a room with a high temperature and the cream melts then the cream will forever stick to both sides. But if you buy the oreos try and keep them cool, but not frozen then the cookies just break, and THEN separate? Ta-da!! You master the perfect separation! ^_^ The Oreo Doctor is pretty cute...lol
