to get a 747 you need to first unlock the ability to go to las ventures, then you need to go to the airport, then you need to go to the end of the runway where there is a big hanger where u go up to it and inside there it is

It's a mod and you can't get it on PS2. That's why I got the PC version to put on that mod. According to other people you can put on mods also on Xbox.
