This Video PROVES Chicago IS Tornado Prone. Why else would Chicago have Tornado Sirens.
It isnt just Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas, Nebreska, and Iowa like many foolish people think.
Plus people should remeber the 1990 F-5 Tornado in Plainfeild, IL which is on the outskirts of Chicago.

Exactly. It's just that they aren't as prone to tornadoes as places in Tornado Alley. Besides, tornadoes HAVE struck all 50 stats so it's possible for one to strike anywhere anytime.
This video proves nothing (but a great video it is). No one ever said Chicago isn't tornado prone... but statistically, we don't have tornadoes as often as other areas, and besides, Plainfield is not on the "outskirts" of Chicago, it a far southern suburb, almost 50 miles southwest. Other nearby suburbs have been hit by smaller tornadoes, so we're well aware that there is the statistical probability that Chicago will have one. Oh, and we have an occasional earthquake too.
I live not far from wrigley, all I hear is a Modulator in fast wail which is the one at wrigley and one modulator in hi-lo wail either at montrose harbor or at lincoln park zoo, depending on if this is north or south of the park. Chicago has no thunderbolts and there arent any 2001's around wrigley
There are no more Tbolts or 2001s, just Mods.

That's a 2001 siren running in Fast Wail and the other is ether a EOWS-612 or a Modulator running in Alternate Wail.

No Thunderbolt Sirens in Chicago anymore....they are all removed. Thunderbolt Sirens were last used in Chicago during the Cold War
