@merrycyang Yes it's called Mariusu no Uta (Marius's song). The singer is Kanon.

I'm not sure if this lyric is the same, but in the anime there's a scene where the bard Marius sings this song for a young prince. He says this song is based on a legend that when people die their souls become swans and they cross a river to the reign of the dead. If you can stop a swan to cross that river, you can get that soul back to our world.
