This is comparatively tiny compared to the biggest eruption in recorded history from Tambora volcano. It's was probably 100,000 times larger if you take Bulusan as VEI2 and Tambora as VEI7.

We also have the coming eruption of Yellowstone, which will be interesting to see and to later on study. It can happen at anytime, but its not the end of the world, so dont fret over it :)

This eruption is nothing compared to the supervolcanic eruption of Toba that almost wiped out the human race about 70,000 years ago. Eruptions like the one shown have the potential to wipe out small sized cities but if Yellowstone erupted.....say goodbye to the U.S.!
The eruption of Mt. Tambora killed about 92,000 people in total from the initial explosion and the after effects of the eruption and is rated the worst eruption as measured by death toll.

actually eruption of the largest in the world is Mount Toba in Sumatra Indonesia. occurred about 25 thousand years ago. ash from the eruption to cover the continent of Africa and southeast Asia, and the earth changes are very significant cold weather for 2 months, and a trillionth of four parts of the earth covered with black clouds, and now after the Toba eruption that occurred in the past, formed Lake Toba, and former eruptions can be seen on the sides of the lake.

Tambora was the largest in documented history. It had a 7 och the Vulcanic Explosivity Index, which has 8 levels.
We also have the coming eruption of Yellowstone, which will be interesting to see and to later on study. It can happen at anytime, but its not the end of the world, so dont fret over it :)
