Hey Pastor Lassman. I commented on one of your other videos saying how much I appreciate your teaching and the videos. I had a random question for you: what are your thoughts on denominational Christianity versus non-denominational? I see you're with the LCMS. I became a believer in a LCMS high school, but have since become caught up in the evangelical movement. I just wanted to know your thoughts on going to a traditional denomination versus non-denominational churches... Thanks!
Hi..sorry I am late in responding..quick answer: it's not traditional denomination versus non-denomiational...it's about DOCTRINE...and our position is that anything that contradicts our Lutheran Confessions in the Book of Concord is Error and False Doctrine..and Evangelicals have some things that are wrong in doctrine (depends on which group)..sooo this is the reason not to leave Lutheranism...let me know what you think!
