BLF wongs approach is to take the Wing Chun out of JKD! Wing Chun is the most important part of the equation that is Jeet Kune Do (Wing Chun, Boxing and Fencing). Without the Wing Chun elements that form its very foundation structure, JKD becomes "kickboxing with the power side forward".
