  • Good job. Thanks for posting.

  • ok hint here im a admin network been for 10yrs i work on wifi networks an computers best place for a wireless spot is in the middle of the house like a big room with less electronic interference no basement because of brick an concreet brick will act like a filter an block half the signal for getting threw best best for a location is have it up stairs because it makes the signal even for bigger houses like 2-3 stories have ur wifi sit in the middle of the room like a office or something

  • connecting the second router to the first router via the WAN port on the second router would cause problems. the WAN or INTERNET port on routers are meant to be either connecting to a cable modem or a WAN.... by connecting your 2nd router to the 1st router via its wan port the 2nd router thinks the 1st router is the WAN but its not, its just another device on the LAN. while it may work you would have to run 2 different subnets and 2 dhcp servers. or else have ip conflicts =(

  • @MegaSuxification ? Having extra subnets gives you more control over the network, and it's very easy to configure RIP2

  • nice vid only concern is your laying electrical components that are prone to heat and laying them down on to a loose fiber not to mention how hot attics get if i were you id at least mount them onto the ceiling or make a shelf of some sort off of your insulation witch is fire rated but not fire proof

  • Hey, i really appreciate your video. thanks so much for spreading education!

  • What kinda router is the one in your attic I need to find one it looks awesome and how big is your house that the one doesn't reach

  • that router in the attic looks pretty sick... never seen one like that

  • Thank you for your video. i see that you have 10/100 wrt router and in your case cat5e would have worked just fine.If you know how to crimp your own cables you can make poe for as low as $0-$5. Just remember that in cat5 cat5a cat6 cables white brown and brown cables do not carry any signals and could be used for poe (only in 10/100) .

  • Nice video Thanks!

  • great thanks i need to know how one of them work :)

  • great vid really help a lot
