The NY Port Authority had final say on security matters. Marvin Bush resigned from the company a year and half before 9/11. Burmas is purposefully ignoring these facts.

At the bare minimum they allowed it to happen. Besides if you killed someone and I made it out that someone else did it(Iraq) than I would be just as guilty as the people who did it.
