I have the Lg vu. Crappest phone i have ever gotten. And while my mom and sister have a blackberry. I want an upgrade and was due in december. I have enough money to get an iphone 4s yet im looking at iphone 3 lol. My mom wants to switch me to my dads plan BUT why not switch my sister instead. I rarely use the vu cuz its slow and stupid.

I'm getting an iPhone 3G in a few days. Actually I already have it. Just waiting for it to arrive. Worthy upgrade form an HTC Aria. Then, I'll buy an iPhone 3GS. Why? Also, DO NOT trade in a 4th gen iPod Touch for a 3G. Firstly, you can't. You cannot trade them. Also, they don't sell iPhone 3G's any more. Finally, the savings would be miniscule. Even if you can get one, you'd still have to pay for data. Wouldn't you want that data to be usable on a modern phone?

The era of this iPhone is now over, it won't support iOS 4.3, if you dont like the iPhone 4 design then I would highly recomend a 3G S, you can get new ones as 8GB or 2nd hand for 16-32GB. Cause if you get this iPhone don't expect any new features or software updates anytime soon.
