I'm getting ready to start my 2nd 90-day Challenge on July 20th...The Results of my first 90-day Health Challenge was so GREAT I have to go back for more but with more determination...during my first challenge period I had a lot of life distractions that could not be controlled but I still managed to lose and keep off 24 pounds, 20 inches...my doctor reviewed my lab work after 90-days on challenge and decided to take me off my cholesterol medicine, Lovastatin & my Vitamin D Level increased, too!
