Word. I just can't conceive of anothier way to strum it other than that way. I'm all for making songs my own... but truthfully I just don't think it's possible with that one. It would throw the rhythm off.

Yeah man, this is a really straightforward song in terms of rhythm. But maybe just leave off the second half of the first beat.
