Meditation is fun to do and helps one become balanced. The problem with all the people here who attack this video is that I bet they simply just haven't given it a shot. At least give it a try for a month before you dismiss the HU and meditation. Even from a medical perspective, meditation is wonderful, and doctors around the world have confirmed it.
