Before you spout off again, the ACC and Big East aren't tier one despite how the BCS is set up. They are between the Sunbelt, MAC, WAC and the PAC12 and only slightly strong enough to remain in the top 3.

This was in '04. KU had this game. UT had a 4th and 18 late. Not converting would've meant a big KU win. He's right.....VInce Young pulled the ball down and gave a pump fake. BUT...all the officials began to block downfield for Vince. Sure enough, VY ran for 21 and the 'horns won that damn game. It's true!

I'm sure there is some questionable officiating and the dude making the point about SEC refs getting suspended, that's real talk. I have to put up with SEC refs all season long, but I think that's less about BCS and more about them being bad at their job. If you want to question the BCS, then question the rankings, that's where you can call bullshit.

All you have to do is watch a Texas game all the way through. When its close early on the refs will call against the other team to stop their drives and momentum. Once Texas gets a good lead, the refs will hold back. If not, then the refs will work for Texas all the way through as they did in the 09 championship game. The head offical for the Big 12 is a Texas alum.

You ever thought that Texas and OU have one the best recruiting classes in the nation. Did it even occurs to you that teams that have the best players tend to win most of their game. Texas can go ahead and join the Pac-10. I know you fear the SEC. LSU handed you your ass in Omaha. TCU ended your dreams today. Pac-10 baseball is stronger than Big XII baseball. That's a fact.
In football, you would get your ass kicked on a weekly basis in the SEC. You think Alabama rocked Colt in Pasadena? That's the kind of pounding to expect every game, even when you play Vandy.

that was a stupid comment. the refs 100% favored texas in this game. go watch the actual clip of the big blown call made on the pass interference. anyone disagreeing with mangino is just turning a blind eye to the truth. its easy for you to say when your team was favored, don't act like for a second if it was the other way around you wouldn't be complaining or annoyed when the refs cost your team a game.

@travis2x true, im not a fan of either school at all, but i remember when this happened and when i saw what he was upset about..i understood. But that's texas football, they have always had help at home from their refs.

Its that simple. People can use that same lame point about KU basketball. The big 12 Ref are fair. The coach gave excuse why his team didn't win. What happen to personal ownership?
