I have a problem with the ModInstaller.. can anyone help me?

I installed the game.. everything works just fine - except when im trying to open the modinstaller.. When i Double-click on it, i get a message that the ModInstaller is not properly installed, and can't start.

Ive tried to uninstall the entire game, but it still doesnt work.. is my CD fucked, or my PC? or is it just something i have forgot?

you have to uninstall the whole game for the computer then reinstall it

how can i instal this mode???

1.Download it.

2.Extract it into your EM4/MODS folder.

3.Open Modinstaller.(located in emergency 4 folder.)

4.When in Modinstaller, click install mod and select LA Mod from your MODS folder.

5.When done Modinstaller shows a message.

6.Go ingame.

7.Select Modifications and LA Mod.

8.Click on load.

9.Go and play!
