Love that DQ1 overworld music! Dragon Warrior on the NES was my first RPG, and though I've played many since, I'll always remember it.

Heh, Slimes in DQ V gave like, 1 exp and gold... And chars hadn't such high attributes til lvl 40... Dammit!

@2101995eu Yep, you got to remember your roots. I remember when slimes didn't want to join together to make a king slime and try to squash me.

You didn't really need that fishermen any more you could have ditched him for another cheff.

@xenxander Maybe but I find the fisherman still pretty useful. Especially when I was leveling near the final area.

well when your caravan level is that high, you eat far less, your rations cap is far greater, and fishermen seem to only be able to fish once per inn stay, which lessens their usefullness when you're not grinding near a town but actually walking the field towards a destination (like in Rhone). Steaks also give 200 rations so your supply doesn't really falter.

If you get another chef, his/her name should be Shake, that way you would have Shake and Bake... my mind goes on really weird tangents sometimes.

@Colowyn Well as long as we get a little girl who says, "and I helped" when they finish their cooking. Hey it is alright because my mind gets a bit weird too.
