I would say both the 1977 and this version are equally great. Except the older version is more suited to those who prefer the classic Ringo sound. This has a more post-modern sound, which give the song another meaning, at least that causes me.

David Bowie, back in 1998 played smaller venues (The TLA here in Philly) and I would love to hear "Drowning in the...", "Wrack My Brain", "Who Needs A Heart", "Cookin'" and more of his own music. I don't go to the All Starr tours anymore because he plays the same songs... mostly.
