Posture is pretty good, wrists are good, fingers are too tight. Be nice if the kit had an actual mic setup rather than the single mic on the camera. Through the camera mic, the cymbals sound like stale potato chips. Apart from that. Good job. =)

100% agree on everything. I play much more relaxed now, so my fingers are not as tight and stiff anymore. Still poor cam audio though.

not just the recording ... the drum heads were also cheap and terribly worn out. youll notice the difference if you watch my hellsong or still waiting cover. its the same bad camera but new heads, new cymbals and better equalizing/editing

Watch Videos and just watch what he is playing, Then replicate that on drums :P You can first paly through it leaving out fills, and then once you're getting pretty confident with it get the fills to fit in nicely, and maybe add your own flare to the song. Whatever floats your boat. as for nerves, Just do what you got to do, And forget about everything else :P It'll be over before you know it. :D Have fun!

thanks, yea i know my snare was very badly tuned, as i recently found out.

someone from the store, where i am about to buy my new drumset, tuned it for me and now i feel stupid for even considering to sell it. its a ludwig supra phonic from the 70s or 80s .. one of the best snares ever made, according to the guy. youll notice it when i upload some new videos, its amazing how much difference a good tuning can make.

Dude, don't give me this its the recording quality bullshit. Anyone with an even half decently tuned set of drums will sound "okay" no matter the setting.

But, it's still a great cover!

i did a lot of equalizing and dynamicprocessing to make the sound a little cleaner and remove some of the crackling distortion but the cymbals are just way too loud in my room and 8bit@22.1kHz is not good, not even "okay". and yes, my drums were very much out of tune when i recorded this. but check out my newest video, new heads on the toms and tuned right.
