Excel Macros Tutorial (Record and Save Macro in Excel)

Hello, I'm using a streaming number in a cell, I want to have another cell that displays what that number was 4 minutes earlier and continue to run 4 minutes behind. I have been attempting to educate myself so I can accomplish this but am now at the point that I am reaching out for help, any suggestions?
