That is most likely a former Maersk Air Dash 7.

I guess he thought of the relation of power and wight...?! The size of this dash is much larger than the twin otter... But, by the way... Every DHC is a great Turboprop! The DHC-6 as well as the DHC-7 and -8!

Not Really 78kts it's depend on The ATOW Actual Take Off Weight to Get the VR speed DHC7 V1 = VR

I find my love of being pilot living in Israel 12 years ago flying from tlv-eilat in a Dash7, I was pilot in differents airplanes from C402 to B732 incluiding A310 soon, but I still dreaming of being pilot in a Dash7 of Arkia! where I confirmed how much pilot I wanted to be.
