Yes. There are also "Sidesweeper" or "Cootie" keys which are mechanically similar but do not use any additional electronics. This is a single lever key, used with a standard iambic keyer circuit.

Excellent CW work Fabian -- and I love it that you can do that with a single-lever paddle, and not use iambic. Great stuff! (I too use single-lever paddles, but I max out at only 30WPM, even after 25 years!).

Sounds like music to me.. I am gonna need a lot of practice to get up that fast though. Another nice thing about code, is that it will get through with a weak signal when no other mode will.

dj1yfk for one. Lots can copy faster than it is humanly possible to send with a paddle, and rag chew at those speeds (80 - 100 wpm). Look up the fast operator group and the High Speed Telegraphy (HST) competitions.
