When I went to the laborinth all I found was a spell called iron flesh

@eee777josh Its on a table inside, look for it, I already took it so i can't really show you where it is located but if you still can't find it you can use a spell called "Detect life" (you can find it in a chest at Dead Men's Respite) to get to level 50 in alteration and then you can buy Telekinesis from Tolfdir.

(activate the "Detect life" spell in a town, the more people you see the faster alteration levels up I think).
