It's the Japanese version.

Dedede is listed as "Dedede" and not "King Dedede" like in the North American version.

This is not remotely close to being an advance technique, just a simple cancel which is a fundamental in fighting games like Street Fighter.

Also, Falco's dash attack cancel not very useful at higher percentages since the up smash will always whiff.

I refuse to call this a DXL. How can he be so arrogant to name it after himself? It's not like he has the authority to name things in his honor. Ken made the Ken combo, because he was pro, this is just a basic technique.

Actually Ken never named that combo. People named it after him since he used it so effectively. Do you for example think the guy who came up with the SHINE discover the combination of down+B? People give techniques names, not a single person.

Yeah, and that actually lends credence to Lockdown's point. This asshole is trying to name the thing after himself. Let's not let him do it by calling it something else. It'd be different if the community named it after him in his honor, but he's honoring himself. Besides, it just seems like IASA frames anyway (like Marth's down tilt). It shouldn't be given a special name when we could just refer to it as IASA frames on Falco's dash attack.

Yeah. The Dash Attack Cancel Up Smash is the Boost Smash.

The Hit cancel is done with the same button combination, just with a slight delay.

Snake can do it too. It's pretty cool. <3

Generally people will honor you with naming IF you deserve it. Either that or they'll let you give it a name, but if you decide to name it before they have any say, it shouldn't be after yourself. It just makes you seem arrogant.

maybe in brawl is possible to hit cancel more than one attack and than make a combo...in fact if you watch carefully combo looks like disappeard, so sakurai probably put in another(non glitch) way to combo...

The original vid was with Fox, so it isn't character exclusive to Falco but perhaps slower people can't do it. Not sure though.
