i'm glad ur honest and i used to feel the same way but then I go into God and the Bible and realized that this world and entertainment teaches u that self esteem n money is all ur supposed to live for, but thats wrong we live to serve God who created us and to love him with all our heart. If u want to help urself, read the Bible, learn about who created u, praise, love and serve him.

The joyce meyers book is called power thoughts..it is really good so far and the end of the chapters she give u assignments like one was to find the thing u most hate about your self and figure out why u do then she goes on and tell u to think positively about any situation. Its really good!

HAVE to go look into it! lol as you seen in the video i seriously have an issue with overly buying self help books lol. i may take that assignment and do it... because there are a few things i dont like about myself that i need to re-evaluate...
