Second, how can you say that the holocaust never took place? There are copious amount of photos, videos, and documentaries on the internet, which shows that the Holocaust did that place. Anyone, who visited Auschwitz, would tell you that the Nazi's monstrosity did take place.

The Jews already tried this man for exactly the same thing in the 70's or 80's (I can't remember which) but saying he was a different person. The Jews wailed and beat thier chests swearing to GOD that he was "Ivan the Terrible" - it was all a lie! Even the Jewish court had to throw it out! They are now saying he is some OTHER mass murderer (ah, right!) - I wonder what his nick-name will be this time? It seems to me the Jews want thier revenge for having been shown to be liars!

Assume for a moment that the Germans actually do have a Nazi camp guard from the former Soviet Union awaiting trial for war crimes. The Germans are therefore prosecuting a Prisoner of War they caught and incarcerated. The German are prosecuting a non-German for crimes ordered from up top by Adolf Hitler and German Nazi persons.

Personally I find it repugnant that Eugenio Maria Giuseppe Giovanni Pacelli, recieved the laurel leaves of a saint after his role in WW2 of using his diplomatic corps of Jesuits to finance, organize and win over most of Europe to vote into power thugs like Ante Pavelich, Mussolini, Hitler and Franco from the pulpits and schools. I am curious as to why AFP would title this the "Worlds last Holocaust trial." From reading the majority of comments to this video, I guess they also hope it is.
