@elle241983 The bare minimum is 3 to 5 grams a day. Some people take 10 grams or more per day. Because it's a food (not a supplement technically) you can take however much you want. I take between 3 & 4 grams per day. I would take more, but because I also take 3 grams of Spirulina a day, I think that amount suits me. If you need any more info, let me know. Have you tried Olive Leaf powder yet? I read on that in a book (Dr Morton Walker) about Olive Leaf and thats supposed to help out alot in expelling viruses, Bacteria etc. I also read about Lyme and parasites, how deworming should help out alot with that.
