I watched a show on TV called "My Ghost Story" and it was about this guy who went jogging in (I'm pretty sure) Prospect Park and saw ghost everywhere around him. You could probably find the story if you look it was on the Bio channel.

Do you guys like to feed into peoples head wrong information? Ectoplasm isn't a cloudy area in a picture. You guys are idiots. Here is the real definition:

awesome pics, you can tell that is not smoke in some of the pics. You can literally see the eneregy especially where the ecto is different colours. One can not fake smoke like that. Come check out a couple of my videos that I have posted, pretty neat stuff. I have ectoplasm on video

I had stuff like that on a photo. It wasn't there when I first developed the film, but it showed up later as the photos aged. It was a flaw in the developing process or in the paper itself.. but it was not supernatural. I don't think yours is either. There are always possibilities for this that do not include the supernatural.

Just to add to your video that ecto when seen through the naked eye is normally very dark.

Camera`s - still or video often show it as white although I have seen other colours too.
