  • wow that's brilliant!

i wish you hadn't quit, you were so good!

  • thaats my roytineee;<3

  • thats was kl u make it seem so effortless and easy :)

  • that rudi sucked no effens ur arms were all over the place very sorry 2 say this

  • this is not looking very good because you are moving so much on the trampoline

  • you really need to get deeper into the shapes, get a strong kick out, hold the legs on the landing of the 1n3 and jump...you bounce painfully low lol

  • yeh, ur kicks outs were kinda rubbish but twas ok!

  • very clean

  • this is really good and clean!

haha i love the description :P i'm a coach too!

  • Thats no usual routine :P we usually do 1 and 3 birani ballouts near at the end and we do a back full before we do a rudi hmm

  • And why did you quit?

  • got preoccupied by other things, started losing skills, etc. not really an exciting story, lol

  • thats really good!!

  • awesome

  • omg! im soo jealous - i really wanna do gymnastics!

  • um im learning the exact same routine but i hate the 1 3/4 fronts i like 2 fronts are u ment to look were ur going when u land on your back how long did it take u too learn please tell mr

  • yeah, you're supposed to open up at about a 1 1/4 (i did a bad job of that), spot the trampoline, then duck under.. basically like a crash dive but with an extra flip added on. Umm, this was taken nearly two years aog, so I really don't remember how long it took me to learn, I used a mat first though, probably a few weeks to a month? I did it tucked first, of course, but it really wasn't that bad as long as you jumped high enough and flipped fast enough..

  • if u would go a lil higher itll be even better,, but ur toes ad feet were allright, u were moving a lot too though...

  • it isnt too late (:

but your "life span" will be kind of short so train hard! ^^

  • Omg you are so good! Why did you quit?

  • wow, is that level 9? iono, my coach is having me work tword 1 3/4s and im kinda scared...have n e advice???

    :)

  • Hey i was just wondering, im 13 years old almost 14 and im very interested in gymnastics and trampoline, i was wondering if u think it is too late for me to begin?

  • no, its never too late for gymnastics. im 12 close to your age and i started like, 4 months ago, i say

    GO FOR IT!!!

    :)

  • I was train gymnastics until I was 10 and then I quite and now I'm 18 and I'm starting again.

  • Whoa! That was very good!

  • Thanks! :)
