yeah, you're supposed to open up at about a 1 1/4 (i did a bad job of that), spot the trampoline, then duck under.. basically like a crash dive but with an extra flip added on. Umm, this was taken nearly two years aog, so I really don't remember how long it took me to learn, I used a mat first though, probably a few weeks to a month? I did it tucked first, of course, but it really wasn't that bad as long as you jumped high enough and flipped fast enough..

you really need to get deeper into the shapes, get a strong kick out, hold the legs on the landing of the 1n3 and jump...you bounce painfully low lol

Thats no usual routine :P we usually do 1 and 3 birani ballouts near at the end and we do a back full before we do a rudi hmm
