I remember back then, just after Ritchie died, my older sisters were watching American Bandstand. A girl appeared dressed all in black and a veil over her head. It happened to be the original Donna. She sang a song to Ritchie, something about that now she was here....etc. I just can't remember the words. I was then 11 years old. I can just barely remember this.

This is a 45 rpm. I'm 65, and my brother and I had a record player just lie this one. It played 45's, 33 1/3's and 78's also. We still have many of those records. The player is long ago kaputt, but we still have turntables, and break out those vinyls on occasion. What memories!

Hi, I am sure this is nice memories for some people. A great song too. The point is, this record player is damaging the record, this tonearm is too heavy, and the quarter on it is digging into the record due to the weight, also this record player is turning slower then it should be for 45 speed, I can hear it. You can say good bye to your records there wearing out fast. I thought you should know.
