It's all about common sense. The Neo Hom and the Chaofa are a Terrorist Organizations, headed by Vang Pao. These Terrorist Organization does not represent the entire Hmong population. Your claim is physically impossible. In the 1970's the estimate population of Laos was 3M among which 10% was Hmong or 300k. Today the population of Laos is estimated at 6M (2X) among which 7% (400k) comprises the Hmong population. Since around 100k Hmong left Laos since 1975, which means around 200k remained, the Hmong population of 400k represents a 2X growth, which is consistent with the national growth rate. Now where do the hundreds of thousand Hmong killed come from?

I had many Hmong friends in Pakse, working in that Tuhan-Team. No racial stress at all. A weakness in me was that I cannot speak Hmong language.
