This is a magnificent video and the quality - clarity, pan and zoom, colours - are well worth your time and effort to produce this. I have followed the SRPS and 'Morayshire' since 1977 and never have I seen her more beautifully portrayed - only the smell was missing to make it perfect. Thank you so much for making this and sharing it.
The timing and editing of the shot are superb, as well as the photography. My hat off to you sir! Seeing it was shot with a low-end HD camera and edited with a 'home' video editor it clearly shows it's talent and dedication that counts, and not the tools and equipment. 5 stars from me!
Thank you for your comment on Full Steam Ahead. So that you know it took about two to three weeks of filming the train up and down the line and after each day I would be editing the film. I have lots of additional footage of the train that did not make it into the film due to timing of the soundtrack.
My toddler son loves your video and likes to watch it over and over. Thanks for taking the time to make sure a beautiful train video!

Just to add -i'm the idiot banging my head on the cab roof at the start - but the black smoke and blowing safety valve are NOT mine!

Excellent pictures, and sharpness. It also proves how good consumer HD cameras are this days (Sony HDR-CX105E )

That was very nice, and with that many shots and only 1 camera, I can appreciate the time it must have taken you!
