I dont know about you, but ive been watching the Cartoon series since i was kid, read most of the comics as they came out which had many different adaptations of the storyline that some people welcomed and some people turned their backs on it, the same with this movie, that original series was made and set back in the 80's and were outdated with alot of the stuff they did if you were to watch it today, (which some test groups probably did) simply watch the movie before bastardizing it.

hell yeah! hollyweird has killed every comic book movie that every hit theaters. just look at that wolverine saga they pawned off ass the x-men trilogy, punisher, fantastic bore, spider-man, all those faggoty batman and superman movies. hell, sin city was cool, but look how they tweaked the ending to watchman. it's going to take a winning lottery ticket and a person who actually read a fucking comic book BEFORE the year 2000, to hit the nail on the head with a good flick based on a comic.

Being someone who grew up with G.I. Joe, this film looks pretty disappointing based on casting. I'm sure it will be action packed and fun, but these characters are iconic. Snake Eyes is really the only character that looks right. If you didn't grow up with it, it would be easier to like it. I'm going to try to look at it as a fun action movie because from what I've seen, visually it has little to do with G.I. joe.

Snake-eyes and Storm Shadow aren't actually related, but they both belong to the same ninja clan..I think it was SS's family clan (his uncles were the ninja masters), so its kinda like Snake Eyes was adopted in a way....
