That's funny. Your flying a rc helicopter in a gym and no one even pays attention to it, except the one big dude in the blue shirt and the chick near the end gives a glance. Nice flying - very controlled.
I use a compact cannon as well and I just put the setting on 320x240 otherwise the files are too huge for youtube. I just record and transfer on my mac. Hope this helps.
Thanks for the comment on my heli video. You doing pertty good also. How did you record that flight with what device and how did you upload it because it looks good? Did you have to encode and down size the video? I am using a cannon digital cammara and then I have to encode it with a program I got for free. Check out my videos if you could please give me tips to improve video quality.
The video looks so good because the camera's not moving at all. That means that 90% of the image stays the same frame after frame, which is easy to compress well. That gives lots of extra space for the moving parts of the image.
