The only thing when I tease my hair like this (which is how I usually do) is that when i go to smooth the top out... it just falls back down to nothing. :[ It sucks.

Another thing to do, is:

Straighten your hair first, it helps the hairspray stick to your hair more.

Then spray the hair that you want to be teased with hairspray.

Take a regular comb or teasing brush and brush down.

Once you've done that, then you fix your hair the way you want it to be. :) <3
