the most important aspect of sports in general especially for children is to have fun and enjoy the clean air of nature, and embrace the joy of movement!
News Flash; It has been confirmed that Ms Sabrina Yu, of New York, has just signed up with Manchester United. Sir Alex Ferguson, the legendary Manager of United, says, " in my long career in football, I have never come across a player with so much dexterity, football intelligence and courage. Her willingness to go into the thick of every skirmish, regardless of self, will strike fear in all opposing teams. It is a great honor to welcome Miss Yu to these shores when the work permit is issued. "
Thank you, cabbagemintor! I am so glad that you thought that Sabrina would be qualified for the Manchester United! Haha.... I guess I have just joined the team of Soccer Mom!
Believe you me, I have seen far "worse." And not just on the playing field either. I remember fights breaking out during Natitivy plays when parents resented their precious bundles relegated to the role of third shepherd instead of starring as Joseph or one of the Wise Men from the East. You are normal , LOL!! Sabrina has great interception skills which requires quick thinking and reflexes To nurture her skills in "running with the ball," let her practise with those small bouncy balls .
I loved to play soccer at a young age.. this looks like so much fun! The exited parents are funny too! In the middle part there seems to be a huge play-yard, how cool!
Hi Linsey, thanks for watching! Yes, we were laughing at ourselves when we realized how loud we were in this video. The kids loved the playground next to the soccer filed. They played together at the playground after every game.
It was great! This year's water's so big. It was pouring rain prior to our visit to Cave of Winds but it stopped during, and we had great fun (Charlie enjoyed it much more than William, who got scared by the power and annoyed by the cold water splashing). They both had great fun getting the sandblasted cups at CMOG (I'm glad Charlie chose this activity 'cause it looks the most fun, well, given their age). Too bad no time for us to visit Canada side of the Falls, but next time. How's your trip?
We also had lots of fun visiting Ottawa. The weather was nice on Saturday, but it was pouring on Friday evening when we were waiting for the outdoor Sound and Lights show at the Parliament Hill....The girls loved the trip!
This is so adorable! Paul is a great cheerleader, coaching from the sidelines! Linda your lovely laugh was a pure delight and it's easy to see how much fun you all have together. 'Nana is very good maneuvering the ball, with a powerful little kick to her. And I love how she managed to give the coach her popsicle wrapper so she could get to the field while snacking without having to hold onto that plastic! Now THAT is smart recycling! : ) LOL!
Typical overzealous parents, ha ha!! In England, coaching from the sideline would result in a ban to the dug-out or even the stand. No worries dad, your Sabrina can take care of herself, with excellent tackling (especially the sliding tacke,) good strike rate, far-ranging ground coverage, impressive stamina, and a look of fearlessness in her eyes. I won't mess with her on or off the field, LOL!!

Nana is #1, yeah. But Vivian is too tall to do chins on those bars. Better stick to writing and playing music.
