I wonder of this process is used when dealing with eye witnesses because we all know that each witness will give some different piece of evidence based on what they observed yet they all observed the same event and place. This is just how our mind works based on our own psychology. So many innocent people are behind bars because of eye witnesses And the damn DA's who with concrete evidence of one's innocence, refuse to free them.
