2 things bad about this game - The framerate is choppy (in some races but you can feel quite often...) and the controlls are bad, they could just leave controlls from Carbon...

I'd say personally Pro Street because the gameplay seems better tbh. Juiced 2 is also a good game, and I'd recommend you get Pro Street, and then if you want, later get Juiced 2.
