  • 10.0 on the air/fuel meter is running SUPER LEAN.... OUCH~~~~

  • Any RWD car and out run an awd on a autocross or road race or track event. They get in that corner and they get out awd is gonna want to understeer than you are going to want to drift it in and out of the corner while doing that the C6 zooms by you LOL.

    E-mail if you HID's

  • Lets be serious AWD on a Road/Track vechile is for people who can drive it's like idiot proof.

They only time i t shoue be used is in rallys and other offraod events, Evo's and subbes are not meant to be drag cars. they are meant to drive and dirt and gt out of that corner in staigh line ASAP.

    Continued ^^^

  • i wouldn't say idiot proof lol i saw this guy trying to drfit an awd infiniti and he crashed lol

  • who the hell filmed this?

geezuz man.. SHOW the DYNO... I cant believe you would switch screens, not see the run...

    pphh..

  • thats a sick ass car. love the sound of the super charger

  • if GM made the CTS-V AWD that would really scare the germans shitless.

  • Man RWD is a real mans drive train Drifting and doing donuts in a Caddi pure sex!

  • Possibly. Only one way to find out batman !

  • To the CTS-V Robin!

  • that much power and weight, with awd, would seriously compromise the drivetrain

  • true but that doesnt mean it cannot be done sucessfully. There are ways it could possibly work. It works in the Lambo.

  • they are also known for tearing out clutches as well

  • Word ? I heard that a few times...never know there was some validity to that. You know more than I obviously.

  • in everyday driving its not an issue, but when you launch and awd car hard over and over the driveline has tons of stress, with rwd, or fwd the tires slip easier and the clutch/driveline takes less of a shock.

under normal driving clutch wear is normal for a high powered car

thats the main reason the nissan gtr's launch control voids warrenty, its extremely hard on the clutch

  • I know the old CTS had issues with rear axle hop and they did a few things with this latest one here to prevent it. I was told the GTR records how many times the launch control is used in regards to its warranty blah blah blah. Science is amazing...some day some body will perfect it. My first car was a 91 prelude and I have YET to find a car ( around the same age) that steers as well as it does thanks to the 4 wheel steering (even at low speeds).

  • and driveshafts? all that traction and sudden torque applied to the driveshaft is terrible overall

  • 441 RWHP 431 RWTQ threw a automatic

  • What'd it do???
